People Consulting – Senior ERP/HCM Deployment Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior ERP/HCM Deployment Manager to support roll out of a large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation program.
The role will focus on organizational deployment readiness while working in close collaboration with other transformation pillars within the program such as PMO, Design, Integration, Testing, Change Management and Data Management teams.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of end-to-end ERP or preferably HCM system implementations (e.g. Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft), is bilingual (English/French), and can effectively align business needs with technical requirements for a successful deployment.
Your key responsibilities
- Manage the execution of organizational readiness activities to ensure smooth adoption of the HCM solution.
- Develop and maintain documents such as Deployment Playbook and Deployment Execution Framework
- Facilitate alignment sessions and workshops to identify dependencies, risks and readiness gaps
- Collaborate across transformation workstreams including PMO, Design, Integration, Testing, OCM to ensure organizational readiness for Go-Live.
- Track adoption metrics and identify areas requiring additional support or stabilization.

1. Deployment will be scheduled and coordinating with respective components to complete the deployments on time.
2. Shakedown will be performed and ensure E2E is working fine after deployments.
3. Handover the environment to QA, UAT and Dev teams for deployments, code fix and testing.
· Environment Blocker Issues
1. Analyse the log and investigate the Critical Blocker issues with respective components.
2. Setup the Triage call with respective teams to fix the issue at the earliest.
3. Work on root cause analysis once the issue is resolved and identify the action item to avoid that issue in future.
4. Tickets will be logged and tracked in JIRA.
· Outages
1. Impact analysis will be done with Proposed outages.
2. Communicate to project stakeholder to plan their work accordingly due to the Outages.
3. Pre Health check and Post health check will be done to ensure the applications are not getting impacted due to outages. – Issues will be triaged if anything observed during system health checks

We have an exciting opportunity for a onsite Project Management Intern within our team!
As an intern at Canam, your mandate will be to assist the Project Manager and Site Superintendent with the management and supervision of a structural steel erection project.
You will be based physically on a construction site in Calgary, AB on a full-time basis for approximately 12 months. Standard working schedule is onsite Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Start times may vary depending on site schedule and needs. The successful intern must be willing to work overtime if required to support the job site, teams and schedule.
Duties:
- Collect data on site and update the construction schedule (MS Project, Smartsheet, Google Workspace)
- Produce erection progress and site daily reports (PlanGrid/AutoDesk, Trimble Connect)
- Assist the Site Superintendent with quality control
- Follow up on the delivery schedule and validate delivery slips
- Participate to coordination meetings with the engineering, detailing and fabrication team
- Attend on-site coordination meetings with the General Contractor
- Assist the steel erector in repair request (field works and deficiencies)
- Assist with health and safety recordings
- Scheduling the project life cycle using MS project software or Smartsheet
- Other duties as required and assigned by the supervisor
The successful candidate will possess:
- Civil Engineering/Construction Management bachelor degree in progress - ideally third year or higher
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office 365, Project and other software; computer experience with AutoCAD preferred
- Autonomy and ability to manage priorities
- Willingness to progress, learn, discover, and be part of a high functioning/fast-paced team
- Exceptional organizational and English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Bilingualism (English and French) would be considered an asset
- The ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple priorities
