We are seeking a Senior Software Design Engineer with deep expertise in real-time media systems, audio/video compression, and high-performance software development. You will play a critical role in building scalable, low-latency encoding pipelines that operate across cloud, edge, and bare-metal environments. This position involves working with advanced codecs, open-source frameworks, and IP-based broadcast standards.
As part of your role, you will help translate the product vision and system requirements into concrete software development projects, driving end-to-end technical execution.
Responsibilities:

- Maintain clean, testable C/C++ code with attention to reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Conduct design and code reviews; contribute to internal standards and software architecture practices, share technical knowledge and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with QC, and product teams on validation, CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment of live systems.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on C/C++ development in high-performance or real-time systems.
- Strong understanding of video and audio compression standards and formats.
- Experience with media frameworks such as FFmpeg or GStreamer in production systems.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems programming, including memory management, file I/O, scheduling, and process control.
- Familiarity with inter process communication (IPC) mechanisms: shared memory, sockets, pipes, message queues.
- Experience with multithreaded and parallel programming techniques.
- Working knowledge of GPU or SIMD-based performance optimizations.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell for automation and build tooling.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For- 3–6+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX designer (startup or enterprise).
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process: research → wireframes → prototypes → final UI.
- Proven experience in mobile and responsive web applications.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization, dashboards, or analytics tools.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills — able to bridge product, engineering, and business teams.
- Comfortable taking initiative, making design decisions, and being the voice of design in the company.

The Role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Engineer to play a key role in enhancing system performance, security, and scalability to align with business growth and technology initiatives. This individual will have the opportunity to develop the next generation of fintech.
Main Functions
- Design and implement responsive, visually engaging, and user-friendly web interfaces using React (TypeScript) and Material UI.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design decisions and improve user flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create initial design concepts and iterate through low- and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Create and refine wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts in Figma, then translate them into polished, pixel-perfect UI components. Create and maintain a consistent design system with reusable and accessible components that meet WCAG accessibility standards.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility to deliver seamless user experiences on desktop and mobile.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to refine user flows and align UI with business and user needs.
- Conduct usability reviews and visual QA to ensure interfaces match design specifications and deliver a smooth experience.
- Optimize the frontend for performance, responsiveness, and usability, focusing on end-user experience.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and design reviews, contributing to UI/UX perspective.
- Stay current with UI/UX design trends, React/Material UI best practices, and accessibility guidelines to keep interfaces modern and inclusive.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX engineering or frontend development with strong expertise in React (TypeScript) and Material UI. Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups, and in translating them into production-ready React components. Experience in conducting or supporting UX research, usability testing, and translating insights into design improvements.
- Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG compliance), responsive design, and usability best practices.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI component libraries.
- Familiarity with state management basics (e.g., React Context, lightweight Redux/Recoil usage) to support UI needs.
- Knowledge of cross-browser/device testing and performance optimization for smooth user experiences.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work closely with designers, developers, and product managers in Agile teams.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of UI features end-to-end, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Enthusiasm for staying current with UI/UX design trends, accessibility standards, and React ecosystem updates.
