**Position Summary**
We are currently seeking a highly talented and motivated junior to senior **Electronics Engineer** to be part of our high-end scanning products R&D team. As a successful candidate for this role, you have problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, good communication skills and a desire to tackle challenges. You will use your skills and initiative within a team environment to develop novel camera designs for world-class imaging products.
**Position requirements**
+ B.Sc. or higher in electrical or electronic engineering.
+ Minimum three years demonstrated ability to develop PCBs and interconnects.

+ Ability to interact with mechanical, FPGA, embedded software, and test engineers.
+ Schematic capture and PCB layout supervising.
+ Selection of electronic parts and supporting procurement.

About the Role
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Provide a technical leadership for the execution / development of EO/IR projects and contracted programs
+ Develop Concepts of Operation, system specifications and interface control documents
+ Work collaboratively with Software Engineering to design, test and document new product features and ensure traceability to top level requirements
+ Support flight test and customer demonstrations setup, troubleshooting and performance characterization
+ Maintain requirement traceability in IBM DOORS
+ Support Program Management and Project Engineering during execution of customer funded programs and new product developments

What you’ll do

Key Activities:

1.Visual Design & Storytelling:

  • Design and refine proposal documents, one-pagers, PowerPoint presentations, and internal templates with strong visual consistency.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in a communications, marketing, proposal development or design support role in a consulting, professional services, or B2B environment.
  • Experience working closely with senior leaders and client-facing teams with fast-turnaround needs.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).

**Qualifications:**

Role Overview
The Marketing & Graphics Design Specialist plays a key role in executing creative and digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This is a versatile role that blends graphic design, content creation, e-commerce support, and brand consistency to ensure all customer-facing touchpoints reflect our identity and goals.

You’ll create high-quality digital assets for ads, websites, social media, and trade shows. You'll also support content strategy, help implement SEO tasks, and contribute to e-commerce and email campaigns. This role requires creativity, adaptability, and strong collaboration with the broader marketing and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative & Brand Execution

  • Design digital assets for paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create visuals for social media, email campaigns, product listings, and trade shows
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all channels
  • Provide creative input across digital marketing projects, including visual and UI feedback on websites and internal tools

Content & Campaign Development
  • Write and visually design blog posts, social content, and marketing emails
  • Plan and schedule content for social media calendars
  • Support on-page SEO through content updates and metadata optimization
  • Assist with contact data collection and audience segmentation
  • Help manage email lists, opt-outs, and campaign performance tracking

E-commerce & Web Updates
  • Maintain and update Amazon and other e-commerce listings (titles, bullets, imagery)
  • Advise on website updates and support SEO-related improvements
  • Test and provide feedback on new website features and marketing tools

Marketing Operations & Collaboration
  • Manage and organize a library of design assets for cross-team use
  • Participate in trade show planning and attend events as a brand representative
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to support campaigns and growth initiatives

You are a great fit if you:
 
  • Have 3+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or digital content creation
  • Hold a degree or diploma in marketing, communications, design, or a related field
  • Are proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, or similar tools
  • Create content that is both visually engaging and strategically written for digital platforms
  • Are comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and take ownership of deliverables from start to finish
  • Are able to travel for trade shows or events (approximately 4–6 per year, mostly in the U.S., totaling 15–20 working days annually)
  • Bring a working knowledge of SEO fundamentals to help optimize content performance
  • Have experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central (a strong asset)
