Key responsibilities
- Deploy, install, and maintain servers, storage, and network equipment in our colocation centre.
- Perform cabling (fiber and copper) following best practices for labeling, routing, and documentation.
- Monitor and maintain environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, power usage) and escalate issues as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware replacements, upgrades, or troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate inventory of data center assets using asset management tools.
- Ensure data center security policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Provide basic network and server troubleshooting on-site.
- Participate in planned maintenance windows (outside of working hours) if required.
