Position Summary

The System Administrator is crucial in managing and optimizing the organization's and its customers' IT infrastructure. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing diverse systems, they focus primarily on Windows and Linux servers, demonstrating expertise in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Group Policies, and Office 365. The role also involves managing cloud services on AWS and Azure platforms and managing virtual servers through Hyper-V and VMWare ESXi. The administrator employs tools like LogMeIn and Datto for remote system access and monitoring, ensuring optimal performance and high accessibility.

Furthermore, their responsibilities extend to complete network infrastructure management, including setting VPNs, VLAN management, and upkeep of the LAN/WAN architecture. Education & Experience Requirements

• Recent certifications and S./B.A.in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience preferred.

We are searching for a ServiceNow Administrator - someone with hands-on ServiceNow system support and implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, configuration, maintenance, and CMDB knowledge. Your Role

• Perform full implementation of the entire Managed Services Portfolio using the N-Central Remote Monitoring and Management system
