We are currently looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Agricultural & Construction Sales Representative at our Sussex, NB location.
Salary plus commission.
Purpose:
Sells new and used Agricultural and Compact Construction equipment to new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Represents the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales area/store
- Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership
- Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly
- Maintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management
- Knows and follows the defined sales process
- Assists with the preparation and execution of all customer events
- Conducts new equipment field demonstrations
- Monitors trends in customer’s business activities and timely communicates to management
- Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
- Attends applicable sales training events/seminars
- Works to achieve Annual Sales Goals
Qualifications
- 1+ years of equipment sales experience
- Knowledge of agricultural and construction equipment operations and uses is an asset
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions required
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is an in-office role.
**Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the primary advisor on an assigned book of business, owning the client relationship, servicing accounts, and writing new business; partner with Account Executives on supported accounts and may be supported by an insurance advisor
+ Deliver exceptional client service across the full book in alignment with HUB's service standards
+ Participate in formal account reviews and Critical Path meetings
+ Gather client data, build submissions in PolicyWorks or EPIC and prepare comprehensive rate comparisons
+ Identify coverage gaps, negotiate rates and terms with underwriters and present terms to the client or to the Account Executive
+ Bind coverage and issue cover notes
+ Prepare and process all account documentation in accordance with HUB workflows, including:
+ Certificates of Insurance
+ Cover notes
+ Summaries and proposals
+ New business, renewals and endorsements
+ Premium finance contracts
+ Invoicing
+ Maintain complete and accurate electronic files in EPIC, PolicyWorks and Certificate Exchange/CSR24
