As the Digital Designer, PC Optimum at Loblaw Digital, you will be responsible for developing digital design deliverables that elevate, differentiate, and function on-brand and on-strategy across our PC Optimum business. You are someone with strong creative and technical skills, who can handle multiple projects at once – seeing projects from ideation through to production. You will report into the Creative Director, Digital Loyalty.
What you'll do:
- Contribute to marketing campaigns by supporting creative across app placements, email, and push notifications.
- Assist in developing and maintaining engaging creative assets for our online games
- Create designs that are consistent with our brand guidelines. Be accountable for brand consistency across campaigns and assets.
- You'll work in a cross-functional team in an agile environment working closely with Product, Tech, and Design peers.
- Present design solutions to key stakeholders.
- Be detailed in your organization of projects. This includes management of project briefs, awareness of project specs, deadlines, files, etc.
- Balance and manage own workload according to the established business priorities and timelines.
- QA and build marketing's assets for weekly offers.
- Proactively explore and implement AI-driven solutions and digital tools to streamline workflows, enhance team efficiencies, and optimize processes across creative initiatives.
- Ensure that our digital products can be experienced by everyone, reflecting the diversity of the communities we serve, through an applied understanding of AODA design requirements.
- Be meticulous with details – both in file organization, naming structures, and nuances across digital assets
- You'll be customer-focused, utilizing research and data every day to uncover meaningful insights that inform your work.

The Dental Digital Designer is responsible for creating precise digital models of dental restorations using CAD/CAM technology. This role bridges the gap between clinical prescriptions and the final prosthetic product, ensuring accuracy, aesthetics, and functionality.
Performance Requirements and Expectations:
Digital Design & Modeling: Design dental restorations including crowns, bridges, veneers, implant abutments, and full-arch prosthetics using software like 3 Shape, and Exocad. Create virtual 3D models tailored to patients' anatomical structures. Perform diagnostic wax-ups and design surgical guides.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with dentists and lab technicians to interpret prescriptions and ensure design accuracy. Coordinate case planning across departments and participate in training sessions when needed.
Quality Assurance: Inspect final products for fit, aesthetics, and adherence to specifications. Maintain detailed records and documentation of design processes.
Full time position: Monday to Friday.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or certification in Dental Technology or CAD/CAM Dentistry. Advanced training in digital design is preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in dental CAD software (Exocad, 3 Shape). Familiarity with CAM systems and lab techniques like zirconia milling and porcelain layering. Willing to train the right candidate who has training and experience in CAD/CAM.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Adaptability to new technologies and software updates.

What you will be doing:- Develop engaging, brand-consistent digital designs, focusing on Product Detail Pages (PDP).

What you need to be great in this role:
- 5-7+ years of experience in digital and social media design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and thought processes.
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring designers to create dynamic content, especially in Ecomm.
- Ability to learn new software and programs efficiently.
- Confident communicator, capable of sharing ideas internally and with clients.
- Expertise in translating marketing ideas into best-in-class visual reality.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Passion for creating content that engages consumers and aligns with brand objectives.
- Deep experience in designing for major social platforms and a curiosity about emerging digital channels.
- Expert knowledge of digital and social media specs and design guidelines.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, wireframing, and grid structures.
- Interest in harnessing audience insights and analytics to translate into effective content.

- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $89,250.00 to $99,750.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER's total compensation package.
