We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help drive our online presence, keep our customers engaged, and grow sales through strategic digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, and schedule weekly email newsletters that highlight new arrivals, events, and promotions
  • Update and maintain our Shopify website with new products, collection pages, banners, and promotional content
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to support product launches, events, and seasonal sales
  • Optimize product listings for SEO and conversion
  • Create digital content and graphics for newsletters, web banners, and marketing campaigns
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance across newsletters, website traffic, and promotions
  • Assist in planning and coordinating in-store events and product launches, ensuring digital alignment
  • Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns
  • Research and present market trends, competitor activity, and new marketing opportunities
  • Collaborate with store management and eCommerce team to align on strategy and branding

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or related roles (internships and co-op experience welcome)
  • Proficiency with Shopify and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or similar)
  • Strong writing skills with an eye for detail and branding
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools
  • Ability to create simple graphics and layouts using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.50-$24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

  • Experience with copywriting and editing
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, photo and video editing software is an asset

  • Experience working with influencers is an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Aptitude for public speaking and presentations
  • Creative and practical

  • Degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing or other similar. Experience may be substituted for education.
