We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help drive our online presence, keep our customers engaged, and grow sales through strategic digital initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and schedule weekly email newsletters that highlight new arrivals, events, and promotions
- Update and maintain our Shopify website with new products, collection pages, banners, and promotional content
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to support product launches, events, and seasonal sales
- Optimize product listings for SEO and conversion
- Create digital content and graphics for newsletters, web banners, and marketing campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance across newsletters, website traffic, and promotions
- Assist in planning and coordinating in-store events and product launches, ensuring digital alignment
- Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns
- Research and present market trends, competitor activity, and new marketing opportunities
- Collaborate with store management and eCommerce team to align on strategy and branding
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or related roles (internships and co-op experience welcome)
- Proficiency with Shopify and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or similar)
- Strong writing skills with an eye for detail and branding
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools
- Ability to create simple graphics and layouts using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects with deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.50-$24.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
