POSITION SUMMARY
We are actively looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Department. This role involves overseeing digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing efforts to achieve the business goals and objectives. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with our marketing and admission teams under the supervision of the Campus Director and oversee our digital marketing operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager are subject to change and additional duties may be assigned over time as the situations require. The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on how the organizations current and future activities and strategic priorities will impact digital marketing.
- Align existing digital marketing strategies, plans, and resources with other functions to support the organizations growth.
- Allocate human and technical resources, as well as budgets, based on the organizations goals and priorities.
- Manage and distribute student recruitment budget, analyze the ROI of digital marketing efforts, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Research the competitors and their digital marketing strategies, identify potential opportunities, and provide recommendations to actualize them.
- Stay updated with the developments in digital marketing technologies to ensure the competitiveness and efficiency of our digital marketing efforts.
- Assist and support employees in understanding their roles and actively contributing to the processes of attracting, converting, and retaining students through digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the conventional marketing team to ensure coherence in the overall marketing strategies of the organization.
Job Specific Responsibilities
- Plan and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Google Ads) marketing, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
- Manage digital marketing operations, including creating digital content, maintaining the website, managing social media accounts, and arranging online events.
- Ensure that marketing and communications efforts adhere to established timelines.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, identify critical conversion and drop-off points, and optimize user funnels.
- Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence for the organization to attract the right audience.
- Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets, including the company website and social media pages.
- Ensure the digital marketing efforts achieve the student enrolment targets and maintain the desired level of retention rate.
- Analyzing the results and effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or any other relevant discipline, preferably in digital marketing.
- 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role with demonstrated success.
- Functional knowledge of search engine optimization, email marketing, lead generation, and other digital marketing methods.
- Experienced in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Functional expertise in website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.), Google Adwords campaigns, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Functional expertise in working with CRM systems and their integration with the sales life cycle.
SKILLS

Profil recherch
- 5 8 ans dexprience en marketing de marque, de contenu ou digital, idalement en startup, agence crative ou marque produit forte croissance
- Solides comptences en storytelling et sens cratif dvelopp vous savez donner vie un produit haut de gamme en ligne
- laise avec les outils numriques : CMS, CRM (HubSpot ou quivalent), analytique, plateformes email
- Exprience prouve dans la mise en place et lexcution de stratgies marketing avec impact mesurable

About the Role
Were hiring a hands-on, creative, and strategic Marketing Manager Brand & Digital to lead Taigas marketing efforts from the inside out. This is a foundational role youll own the brand, shape our digital presence, drive content and campaigns, and manage our first marketing hires.
Youll work closely with the CEO, sales, and product teams to develop marketing that connects to dealers, to customers, and to the outdoor community. You should be as comfortable writing a bold campaign brief as you are reviewing the website for conversion improvements or giving creative direction on a new photo shoot.
This is a rare opportunity to help define the brand and build the marketing engine for a category-creating clean tech company.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Content Leadership
- Own and evolve the Taiga brand voice, messaging, and creative direction
- Lead content planning across platforms: web, social, email, blog, video
- Guide the creation of compelling visual and written content that aligns with product launches, events, and campaigns
- Oversee internal and external content creators, freelancers, and partners
Digital Marketing & Channel Ownership
- Manage Taigas website, email marketing, and organic digital channels
- Build and optimize customer flows demo signups, email onboarding, basic landing pages
- Track and report on performance metrics (engagement, conversion, lead quality)
- Lightly manage or coordinate small paid digital campaigns (retargeting, boosted posts)
Team Management & Execution
- Manage and mentor the Community & Content Coordinator
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams
- Lead the rollout of campaigns, launches, events, and special projects
- Help shape Taigas future marketing team and external marketing resources
What Were Looking For
- 58 years of experience in brand, content, or digital marketing, ideally in a startup, creative agency, or high-growth product brand
- Strong storytelling and creative instincts you understand how to bring a premium product to life online
- Comfortable with digital tools: CMS, CRM (HubSpot or similar), analytics, email platforms
- Track record of developing and executing marketing strategies with measurable impact
- Organized, collaborative, and excited to work in a scrappy, do-it-yourself environment
- Bonus: Experience working with lifestyle, outdoor, EV, automotive, or design-forward brands
