We have an opening for a motivated, creative Marketing Manager, Digital Content to join our team. In this role, you'll produce content that helps to build our brand and contributes to company growth. A successful candidate will possess a blend of digital content and marketing skills, including experience writing for web, social, and email; a strong understanding of SEO strategy, data analytics, and reporting; and proficiency in project management. You can work effectively with design and marketing teams to produce high-quality digital content that resonates with target audiences while achieving business objectives. **Your Key Responsibilities**
Manage a team of passionate writers who create digital content that helps our audiences learn about our company, people, and work (projects, services, markets)
Manage a complex pipeline of content deliverables
Improve organic search traffic through effective storytelling, SEO and AI engine strategies, and audience understanding
Report on content performance related to SEO, AI search, and engagement
Translate complex ideas into dynamic, engaging, and on-brand marketing copy
Partner with cross functional teams to publish and report on multi-format digital content marketing
Audit and redevelop existing digital marketing content
Develop and maintain processes, style guides, and templates to support digital publishing
Provide voice, style, and writing training in meetings, presentations, and through coaching
Pursue consistency across all publishing channels, injecting key strategic and brand messaging
**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
Exceptional writing, storytelling, interviewing, research, and editing skills.
Exceptional ability to communicate complex information simply and clearly. Knowledge of plain language principles is considered an asset.
Proven ability to effectively manage writing teams
Experience collaborating with visual communication professionals (photography, video, and digital and graphic design).
Experience with SEO strategies, platforms, and tools
Knowledge of, and ideally experience with, AI tools that can streamline content workflows and optimize content for AI search engines
Experience with omnichannel campaigns and content scheduling tools.
Understanding of brand strategy and the role of digital content in the B2B buying journey.
Detail-oriented and organized and can effectively balance multiple priorities.

**Education and Experience**

As our Social Media Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing and executing our company's social media strategy across various platforms. You'll create engaging content, monitor our channels, and analyze performance to boost brand awareness, drive engagement, and support our marketing goals. What You'll Do:

What You Bring:

Responsibilities (Typical functions):
Brand and Product Promotion
- Promote products through flyers, TVs, social media etc. in all 16 branches.
- Lead marketing for product launches, seasonal promos, and vendor events.
- Support internal/external product and technical training, including developing marketing briefs.
- Ensure signage, displays, and all product materials meet brand guidelines.
- Maintain branded merchandise inventory and showroom-facing displays within budget.
- Use brand guidelines and feedback from stakeholders to guide updates. Ensures a consistent and professional presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather key information and insights, identify campaign themes, and develop targeted initiatives to execute impactful marketing campaigns.

Social Media Engagement
- Boost engagement by posting consistent content on HVACR products and company culture.
- Optimizing the website and online shopping experience, driving revenue growth.
- Respond to online inquiries, google reviews in a timely fashion.
- Monitors analytics, report out including recommendations to improve brand visibility and provide regular updates and reports to leadership on performance outcomes.
- Implement initiatives to improve social media activity.
- Ensure external messaging (letters, newsletters, campaigns) reflects brand standards.
- Support internal branding and communications across departments.
External and Internal Events
- Proactively plans and schedules events to align with seasonal sales.
- Plan and execute corporate and promotional events (counter days, training events, BBQs, trips).
- Coordinate logistics, build relationships with externals partners and ensure strong attendance and brand alignment.
- Collect post-event feedback to improve future initiatives.
Other additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or 5+ years of progressive marketing experience.
- Digital eCommerce background required.
- Proficient in Canva or similar design software.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills (Project Management certification is an asset).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Toastmasters membership is a plus).
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Google Analytics and Microsoft tools (certifications are an asset).
