About the role
This is a live solutioning + hands-on build + account ownership role. On calls, you quickly map the funnel and sketch an agentic workflow (e.g., AI agent → lead enrichment → scoring → audience sync → ad/email trigger → reporting). After the call, you ship a working version and manage the relationship, results, and roadmap.

What you’ll do
Client-facing & live solutioning
- Co-pilot live client meetings: rapid discovery, funnel mapping, and AI Agent flow design in real time.
- Create compelling narratives and solutions in real-time that showcase our AI technology.
- Think strategically and creatively under pressure while engaging directly with prospects.
- Transform client challenges into innovative marketing opportunities during live discussions.
- Adapt and pivot marketing strategies based on immediate client feedback.
- Lead dynamic brainstorming sessions during client meetings.
- Execute on strategies developed during these live sessions.
Build agentic systems & automations
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel): set up pipelines, workflows, triggers, calendars, forms, chat widgets, 2-way SMS/email, reputation, reporting, and opportunity stages; connect call tracking and missed-call text back.
- Automation: build in Make.com / Zapier / n8n with branching, retries, alerts, and logs; use webhooks and APIs to connect ads, CRM, and data sources.
- Ads & Journeys: wire Google/Meta/LinkedIn ads, CAPI/offline conversions, CRM/ESP (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Customer.io) for capture → nurture → booking → show-rate → sale.
- Analytics & testing: GA4, GTM, Looker Studio/Tableau dashboards; define A/B tests, guardrails, and agent evaluation loops.
Account management (own the relationship and outcomes)
- Own a book of accounts: goals, success plan, roadmap, and weekly check-ins.
- Turn “live-call” commitments into tickets/tasks; drive on-time delivery and QA.
- Report results clearly (CPL, MQL→SQL, show-rate, ROAS, CAC/LTV) with dashboards (HighLevel + GA4).
- Proactively spot growth plays, upsell add-ons, and de-risk churn; run QBRs with clean before/after data.
- Keep scope/SLA healthy; manage dependencies and handoffs with sales, dev, and creative.
- Maintain simple documentation: diagrams, prompts, playbooks, and Loom walkthroughs.
Must-have qualifications
- Current Google Ads or Meta Certification (required to apply).
- 4+ years in B2B/SaaS or agency-side performance marketing or a portfolio that proves equivalent skill.
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel) hands-on : real builds (workflows, triggers, opportunity stages, calendars, 2-way SMS/email, reporting).

Role Overview
This role is responsible for the strategic and tactical performance of all company websites (A&A, BorderBuddy, Zipments, and Borderlineups) with the goal of increasing visibility, driving organic lead acquisition, and improving overall digital effectiveness. - Align Website, Content, and Social Strategies
- Ensure consistency and reinforcement across digital channels by aligning website updates, content creation, and social media strategies with broader marketing and business goals.
- Define Success Metrics and Report Progress
- Establish and communicate KPIs for SEO, web performance, content, and lead generation. Report regularly on progress and outcomes to leadership.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in web management and SEO, preferably in a performance-driven B2B environment
- Demonstrated expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and industry-standard SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog)
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, local search optimization, schema markup, and page speed optimization
- Proven ability to improve site performance through funnel optimization and CRO (conversion rate optimization) techniques

Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a forward-thinking, AI-savvy Digital Marketing Director to lead digital strategy for our Enterprise business, focused on organic growth, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), content intelligence, and discoverability across AI and search platforms.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping how enterprise buyers discover our brand and engage across the funnel — from high-intent SEO to LLM-optimized content, from global site performance to signal-based visibility in generative engines like ChatGPT and SGE.
This is a strategic yet hands-on position, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of search, content, technical SEO, web optimization, and AI-driven growth experimentation.
This is a full-time position working in the hybrid model and at least 3 days a week from our Ottawa office.
Here are the core functions, responsibilities, and expectations for this role:
GEO & Enterprise Search Discovery
- Own and evolve our GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy — maximizing brand visibility across AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Google SGE, Perplexity, and Claude.
- Optimize content and website structure for LLM discoverability, semantic depth, and AI citation relevance.
- Lead enterprise SEO programs, including keyword strategy, content clustering, internal linking, and schema enrichment.
- Guide the development of high-intent landing pages and knowledge assets based on search and AI prompt trends.
Enterprise Web Experience & Localization
- Manage digital performance of the enterprise website, with a focus on conversion, accessibility, and global optimization.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Regional Marketing to localize and scale key experiences across priority regions.
- Drive experiments to improve landing page performance (speed, UX, content depth) and align to buyer needs.
Content Marketing & Topical Authority
- Lead the enterprise content strategy for organic growth — collaborating with content, product marketing, and field to define themes, formats, and distribution tactics.
- Identify gaps in topical coverage, support the creation of AI-ready content, and expand our digital footprint through thought leadership, use cases, and search-aligned narratives.
- Help establish our brand as a trusted source in the eyes of AI engines and evaluators.
Performance Optimization & Digital Intelligence
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks for organic performance, AI search visibility, and content engagement.
- Use tools like GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and LLM-based prompt analysis to drive strategic decisions.
- Translate digital insights into actionable recommendations for GTM teams, aligning with enterprise pipeline objectives.
GTM Integration & Campaign Support
- Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Field, and Web to support enterprise GTM motions — including launches, narratives, and content hubs.
- Ensure our digital strategy supports pipeline goals, vertical plays, and strategic enterprise messaging across owned channels.
- Develop playbooks and feedback loops that make digital performance measurable and repeatable.
Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.
QualificationsEducation:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or with related disciplines is strongly preferred. Advanced degrees and/or certifications are recommended.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or infrastructure tech is required. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 12+ years of global digital marketing experience with experience partnering and supporting a global team.

The Qualifications:
