ABOUT THE ROLE:

Home Trust is looking for a dynamic Digital Product Manager to shape the delivery and growth ofdigital banking. Reporting to the Director, Digital Banking and Strategy, this is a key role responsible for executing self-serve digital capabilities and evolving the digital banking platform based on dynamic customer and business needs.


The successful candidate will be a strategic and innovative, digitally oriented professional with a proven track record of executing and evolving digital product roadmap. They will look at digitalization not as a function but rather as a business enabler and value creator to the greater organization. They will prioritize user and customer experience, ensuring that our digital offerings are not only functional but also intuitive and highly rated.

In addition:

  • Shape digital product roadmap and execution of digital initiatives focused on self-service, onboarding, and other critical customer journeys within digital banking
  • Prioritize features collaboratively with design/development teams to constantly evolve the roadmap aligning with business goals.
  • Champion seamless, intuitive, scalable and secure digital-first capabilities that improve digital adoption, conversion, and engagement.
  • Apply agile practices and design thinking to accelerate delivery and iteration.
  • Ensure all digital initiatives meet enterprise standards for security, accessibility, privacy, and compliance.
  • Create and manage leadership reporting, risk logs, planning timelines, and readiness materials for feature and capability planning and launches.
  • Partner with business, tech, marketing, data, and frontline teams to align initiatives with customer needs and business goals.
  • Leverage analytics and behavioral data to constantly enrich and optimize digital customer experiences and track KPIs (e.g., digital adoption, NPS, conversion).
  • Surface and execute forward-looking strategies to scale channel capabilities and accelerate digital growth
  • Stay on top of the incidents to uncover pain points, gather feedback, and surface new opportunities for process and capabilities excellence.
  • Explore new technologies and digital trends (e.g. Open Banking, AI-driven use cases) to enhance customer experience.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

What you have to offer:

COBS Bread is looking for an organized and proactive Digital Product Coordinator to help drive growth and optimize online operations for our bakery partners across Canada and the USA. This role will focus on enhancing third-party delivery capabilities, eCommerce and loyalty program increasing order volumes, and improving customer experiences on digital platforms. You’ll work collaboratively with Marketing, IT, Operations, and third-party delivery partners to seamlessly execute our digital roadmap - including delivery enhancements and loyalty offers designed to drive repeat purchases and strengthen customer engagement across all channels.

What you will be responsible for:

Delivery & Click & Collect Platform Administration

  • Coordinate menu updates and item availability across Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Skip.
  • Assist in onboarding new bakeries to delivery and click & collect platforms.
  • Partner with Operations to resolve bakery-level platform issues and questions.

Loyalty Program Support

  • Set up and maintain regional and national loyalty offers within internal tools and vendor platforms.

Job Overview

This is the team leader (head of marketing) responsible for the overall strategy and performance of FirstOntario's marketing. AVP ensures that digital transformation goals (e.g. expanding online member services) are met. Required Skills

What You'll Do

As the Product Manager, Digital Agriculture & Environmental Marketplace, you will guide the architecture, integration, and performance of digital systems and data flows underpinning Canadas most ambitious environmental outcomes initiative in agri-food to advance CANZAs mission. This role leads the design and deployment of digital infrastructure to enable traceable, verifiable, and scalable regenerative agriculture practices and credit systems.

This individual will be responsible for aligning technical partners, platforms, and protocols to ensure seamless data capture, MRV compliance, and marketplace readiness. Youll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across internal teams, tech vendors, and strategic advisors to build a farmer-friendly digital backbone that supports outcome generation, buyer confidence, and long-term platform sustainability, contributing to the creation of a sustainable agri-food system for Canada. You will take on the following responsibilities:

Digital Infrastructure Development

  • In tandem with the Director of Data & Marketplace Strategy, lead the design, integration, and evolution of the platform ecosystem supporting MRV, farmer onboarding, credit packaging, and marketplace transactions.
  • Manage technical vendor relationships and oversee implementation timelines, platform performance, and interoperability.
  • Ensure scalability and adaptability of the system for national deployment.

Data Governance & Architecture

  • Define and implement robust data architecture, governance, and privacy frameworks in compliance with national and global standards.
  • Enable real-time data flows between producers, agronomic systems, and outcome buyers through seamless API integrations and backend alignment.
  • Ensure the integrity, transparency, and traceability of all datasets used in outcome validation and credit issuance.

MRV and Credit Enablement

  • Collaborate with science and verification partners to digitize and operationalize climate-smart farming MRV (Measurement, Reporting, and Verification) protocols for ecosystem practices and outcomes. This includes MMRV: which adds continuous monitoring for long-term tracking, and dMRV: which leverages digital tools, sensors, and automation to improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Develop systems to support outcome stacking (carbon, water, biodiversity) while accommodating regional specificity and maintaining platform uniformity.

Internal Systems Support

  • Provide technical guidance and solutions for internal coordination, analytics, and data-driven decision-making across teams.
  • Support integration of field data, finance, communications, and reporting systems.

  • Demonstrated technical experience with data systems, platform development, or technology integration, preferably in climate tech, agriculture, or environmental sectors.
  • Familiarity with MRV systems, API design, geospatial tools, and SaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of regenerative agriculture, carbon markets, environmental crediting, or technology-enabled marketplaces is preferred.

Job Description

The Sr. Manager, Digital Solutions will be a member of the Canadian Product team supporting the development, deployment, growth, and strategy of Visa’s products and platforms, including but not limited to Tokenization, 3DS Visa Secure, Visa Payment Passkey, Visa Intelligent Data Exchange, Cloud Token Framework, Digital Authentication Framework, Tap to Device, Contactless, Visa Account Updater, and Value-Added Services.

This individual will contribute and help drive the digital authentication products agenda for Canada based on client needs, local market demands, and corporate priorities. They will work with internal stakeholders (including global digital product teams, local product and functional teams, sales teams etc.) and external stakeholder (including clients, technology enablers, wallet providers, etc.) to conceive, deliver, manage, and promote Visa’s digital product solutions and strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ecommerce and digital payment authentication, a strong strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. A proven track record in product management, particularly in digital payment solutions or similar products, is highly desirable.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support product strategy, product roadmap and product growth for digital solutions in the Canadian market.
  • Support the full product lifecycle, including product and market research, product roadmap creation, business casing, testing, pilot, and post launch execution.
  • Identifying and recommending opportunities to enhance Visa’s solutions product through potential new features/services, redefining the value proposition, and product developments.
  • Create collateral and assets, including client decks, product roadmaps, FAQs, technical documentation, etc.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics and conduct data analysis to monitor performance, identify opportunities and enhance product strategy.
  • Create presentations and content for external and internal meetings, deliver presentations, and gather feedback to enhance product development.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (including Sales, CS, Marketing, VCA) to drive product strategy, promote and sell product solutions, and execute on product launches.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the digital payment landscape, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
  • Ensure compliance with products, brand and risk management standards are met.

The position will report into the Director, Digital Solutions, Visa Canada

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD


Preferred Qualifications

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Bachelors or Masters degree ideally with a STEM focus (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) or equivalent.
  • Expertise in program / product management.
  • Basic Business Analyst capability with strong excel experience and comfortable using other data analytics platform such as Tableau
  • Ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of product development
