Direct Sales Rep will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and following up on potential leads utilizing an award-winning sales process.
+ The candidate will work with the National Sales Manager to identify, solicit, and build an active pipeline of potential customers to purchase UniFirst uniform apparel in Western Canada.
+ Responsible for meeting new sales quotas set out by Management.
+ Responsible for identifying appropriate uniform pieces from UniFirst branded apparel and approved wholesale supply chain to meet the customer's requirements and to make formal proposals including all details of each item and sell prices that meet the margin requirements of UniFirst.
+ Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients as needed
**Qualifications**
Experience:
+ Minimum of 2 years' experience selling B2B.
+ Preferable experience selling into relatable markets such as Manufacturing, Trades,Transportation, Hospitality, or Services that purchase work wear or Uniforms.
+ Adaptable in using organizational skills to prioritize tasks and take ownership of work.
+ Able to deliver results in a flexible, fast-paced work environment.
+ Strong ability to work as a team member.
+ Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
+ Strong communication (verbal, written & listening) skills, including the ability to interact with
+ management, team partners or vendor representatives.
+ Outstanding Customer Service skills, including the ability to effectively research and resolve
+ customer account inquiries utilizing a service excellence mindset.
+ Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Education:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree is preferred

+ Safe driving record
+ Must be physically able to occasionally carry and transport samples to prospective clients.
