**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Strategic Planning:**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic workforce capacity plan aligned with the organization's overall business strategy.
- Conduct regular workforce demand and supply analysis to identify potential capacity gaps and opportunities.
- Develop staffing strategies for multi-site, multi-touchpoint, bilingual, and multi-skilled contact centers, accounting for growth, seasonal demands, and cyclical patterns.
- Develop and maintain a robust workforce planning model, including forecasting tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Create and implement a communication strategy for senior leaders addressing service level and staffing risks.
- Spearhead the development of Workforce Management business strategy and requirements in support of new systems, enhancements, or product implementations.
**Capacity Planning:**
- Design and maintain capacity planning models to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Facilitate forecasting and capacity planning meetings with leaders from all business segments.
- Analyze current workforce capacity and identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workforce capacity, allocation and improve productivity, including staffing adjustments, skill development, and process improvements.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage an existing portfolio of clients, handle the renewal process for Management Liability lines of coverage as relevant to their business, including open market placement of insurance policies, providing high-quality service, and risk management advice;
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of coverage and pricing with insurers on new and renewal business;
  • Assess and investigate applicant's cybersecurity quality control practices, service agreements, contractual liability limitations, financials, historical loss data, and other relevant information to arrange appropriate coverage terms, conditions, and pricing;
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to foster business growth, collaboration, and retention;
  • Develop a Cyber & Management Liability placement strategy;
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to effectively identify exposures and determine appropriate coverage solutions;
  • Conduct periotic reporting about Cyber & Management Liability book for internal stakeholders;
  • Review coverage(s) and recommend changes as necessary;
  • Work with the executive team to produce client presentations relating to insurance terms and conditions and present terms and conditions to clients;
  • Conduct technical review of all policy documents to ensure their accuracy prior to presenting them to the client in a timely manner;
  • Requesting policy and/or amendments from insurers;
  • Responding to client requests and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner;
  • Ensuring all client records are uploaded to our broker management system (TAM) and shared drive;
  • Representing Masters Insurance at various industry and client events;
  • Assist with special projects, initiatives, and reporting requirements, as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 3 Years of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Minimum of 5 Years of experience in a Commercial Insurance environment, working with Cyber or Management Liability is preferred.
  • A valid RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) License is required.
  • Undergraduate Degree in a relevant field.
  • Completed CRISC and/or CISSP or other related certifications is an asset.
  • Understanding of basic cybersecurity risks and controls and key controls to be able to access the Cyber insurance market.
  • Excellent analytical and written skills and high standards of presentation.

**What you'll do:**
The Solution Sales Executive (SSE) partners with the end-to-end account owner to drive solution specific sales motions with a dedicated focus on SAP's Procurement and oCFO products. The candidate should have relevant domain expertise to solve customer business challenges commonly faced by CFOs and Chief Procurement Officers. The ideal candidate will have experience formulating and presenting a Point of View to Finance and Procurement stakeholders; use all available resources to solve customer problems that relate to SAP's oCFO and Procurement solutions (Finance, Spend and Supplier Management, Working Capital Management, GRC, and QTC Solutions).
**What You Will Do:**
+ Generate demand, manage pipeline, and close opportunities
+ Develop opportunity plans containing compelling solution value propositions
+ Conduct White Space analysis to identify growth opportunities
+ Work with wider account team on sales campaigns
+ Manage customer relationships at the solution area/buying center level
+ Progress opportunities for move to cloud/expand footprint accounts or accounts which are new to the solution area
+ Utilize deep knowledge of how companies operate, business models, strategies, and end-to-end business processes
+ Stay informed about SAP's competition and value drivers
+ Leverage SAP's comprehensive team of experts and industry knowledge to effectively address customer needs
+ Build customer participation in relevant SAP communities, programs, and events
+ Facilitate collaboration with the partner ecosystem
**What you bring:**
+ Proven track record in business application software sales with overachievement of quota
+ 3 - 5 years of experience in sales of business software/IT solutions
+ Deep understanding of the solution and solution innovations
+ Broad understanding of the SAP solution portfolio and the business processes it enables to drive customer value conversations
+ Established relationships with account teams, Customer Business Office (CBO) teams, and relevant geo unit leaders
+ Alignment with product/solution management teams and marketing organizations a plus
+ Demonstrated success with large transactions and challenging sales pursuits
+ Proven contractual and negotiation skills
+ Experience driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutions
+ Knowledge of financial, competitive, regulatory environment
+ Located under 40 miles from Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Regina or Vancouver were offices are available.
