About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, this position is responsible for leading all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and execution across a large and diverse group of companies and partnerships. What You’ll Do
- Lead all tax-related operations across a large portfolio of operating companies, holding entities, partnerships, and joint ventures
- Design and implement tax structures that align with long-term investment and organizational goals

- Strong knowledge of Canadian tax legislation with experience in partnership taxation, reorganizations, intercompany planning, and complex multi-entity structures
- Demonstrated ability to own the tax function independently and execute in high-volume, high-complexity environments
- Proficiency in tax software and Excel; capable of working hands-on when required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable plans
This is not your typical tax role. You’ll have full visibility into business strategy and the chance to shape a modern, internal tax function in an entrepreneurial setting.
