Cette équipe pilote les stratégies d’approvisionnement et de fabrication pour de nouveaux composants durables, l’assemblage et les tests moteurs, tout en soutenant la préparation des programmes au niveau MRL.
Vous et votre équipe assurerez la maturité industrielle des futurs programmes en veillant à ce que les fournisseurs, partenaires, sites de fabrication, ainsi que les sites d’assemblage et de test de P&WC soient compétents, compétitifs, numériquement performants et alignés avec les échéances et exigences techniques des programmes. Ce rôle stratégique nécessite une approche basée sur la gestion des risques et la capacité à orienter l’innovation à travers des chaînes d’approvisionnement mondiales dans un environnement hautement réglementé et à haute performance.
En tant que Directeur associé, vous serez l’interlocuteur principal des responsables de programmes Ingénierie avancée, Marketing et après-vente, et représenterez les fournisseurs, partenaires et sites au sein de l’équipe de gestion de programme, en suivant le Processus intégré de Gestion des Produits (IPMP) de P&WC. Vous veillerez à l’exécution rigoureuse des procédures et apporterez votre expertise en stratégie d’industrialisation tout en vous adaptant aux évolutions des demandes des programmes.

The Director, Product Factory will serve as a strategic partner and right hand to the Head of Product Factory, supporting the building and scaling of a newly established Transaction Banking VCP Product Factory function.
