Your role and responsibilities
- In tandem with the CEO, define the sales priorities and strategies and translate them into tactics and objectives for your team.

What experience and skills do you bring?

- At least 10 years of progressive experience in residential new home sales (single-family and low-rise), ideally with a mid- to high-volume builder

JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE
Responsible for building long-term strategic relationships with key customer decision makers, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners, ISV partners, and other regional business partners to ensure Peak delivers comprehensive business solutions. Manage and exceed sales and margin targets as well as budget expectations. Prospect for new business and gain new customers by positioning Peak's products and end-to-end solution offerings by conducting face-to-face presentations, sales meetings, and negotiating complex sales.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for achieving established annual targets or objectives.
- Develop and execute effective sales programs that will retain and grow a current business portfolio and attract additional accounts.
- Forecasts long-term product sales, inventory levels and product requirements, and communicates related information to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure long-term customer retention and relationships by sourcing and developing existing customers, as well as new leads.
- Establish and maintain long-term strategic business relationships at all levels.

Overview
Reporting to the Vice President of National Advisor Sales, the Associate Director of Salesis responsible for completing all assigned inside sales responsibilities, directly working with an assigned Wholesaler to support wholesale related sales activities and dealer relations for Centurion Asset Management Inc.

Responsibilities
Relationship Development
Develop and foster positive relationships with Investment Advisors, Dealers, Head Offices and key stakeholders to expand product distribution throughout the assigned wholesale channel. Provide contact follow-up for wholesale sales events.
Dealer and Advisor Relations
Support the Wholesaler in the management of their existing Dealer and Advisor base, by professionally handling inquiries and requests to ensure that a high level of client satisfaction is achieved though consistent attention to Centurion's Vision, Mission and Values.
Lead Generation
Generate new leads through proactive calls and emails to prospective Dealers, providing interested parties with information and materials as requested. Secure and organize seminars, meetings, presentations and conference calls for the assigned Wholesaler.
Ongoing Operations
Respond to inquiries and requests or redirect calls as needed. Manage the assigned wholesale territory contacts and marketing materials databases and provide Advisors and Brokers with current marketing materials as required. Organize and update Advisor and Dealer company records. Maintain and update the CRM system. Prepare for, and assist as required at, trade shows, presentations, meetings and other events. Provide contact follow-up for all events. Assist with the calendar management of Wholesalers, coordinating meetings and organizing travel arrangements as required. Draft and distribute information emails/newsletters to Agents and Dealer companies.
Industry and Product Knowledge
Gather industry knowledge, observing the development of industry competitors and maintaining a constant awareness of the competitive environment for similar products. Review the performance of competitors and report on key issues as necessary to the Executive Vice President of Investment Sales.
Compliance
Adhere to compliance procedures and regulatory requirements at all times, ensuring that materials are reviewed and approved by the Chief Compliance Officer prior to distribution to external parties. Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements
A passion for excellence in sales performance and client services;
Post-secondary degree or diploma in business or related field;
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in sales, sales support, or client service;
Experience in the securities and/or real estate industries is considered an asset;
Fluently bilingual both written and spoken in English and French is considered an asset;

- Develop and own the end-to-end sales enablement strategy for our Retail and Sell to Clutch teams.
- Create and execute onboarding and continuous learning programs that reduce ramp time and increase rep productivity.
- Lead the build and implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) to support structured training for 200+ employees across Retail and Sell to Clutch teams.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure consistent, timely, and effective messaging across the customer lifecycle.
- Define and optimize key enablement processes such as content delivery, playbook creation, objection handling, and competitive intelligence.
Tools, Content & Insights
- Champion the adoption and effective use of enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Gong, HubSpot, LMS platforms).
- Design, manage, and measure the effectiveness of sales content and training materials within the LMS and beyond.
- Drive engagement with content and surface actionable insights through usage data and feedback loops.
- Collaborate with RevOps to ensure alignment between enablement, pipeline performance, and CRM insights.
Performance Coaching & Sales Excellence
- Implement coaching programs based on call intelligence, win/loss analysis, and sales performance metrics.
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of enablement on quota attainment, cycle time, win rate, and rep ramp.
- Work closely with sales leaders to ensure enablement initiatives are embedded in daily workflows and team rituals.
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing Sales Enablement function, growing the team as business needs evolve.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and strategic direction to support team development and business impact.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and performance excellence.
What We're Looking For
- 8–10+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership, ideally in high-growth B2C or marketplace environments.
- Proven track record designing and delivering enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in sales performance.
- Experience leading the development and rollout of an LMS platform at scale to support cross-functional learning (Sales, CX, Ops, Marketing, etc.) across 200+ employees.
- Deep experience with CRM (HubSpot preferred), call intelligence (e.g., Gong), and enablement platforms.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; capable of navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a knack for simplifying the complex.
- A proactive builder who balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience leading and scaling enablement teams, with a strong coaching mindset.
