Tasks to be Accomplished
+ Directs and coordinates the day to day and long-term strategic activities of the Supply Chain, including Inventory and Logistics, Procurement and Sub-Contract Management functions.
+ Evaluates the internal performance for all aspects of supply chain and drives continuous improvement of supply system operations.
+ Develops and implements supply chain systems, policies and procedures that drive a rigorous supplier selection process, supplier development and performance as well as establish timely supplier evaluation and feedback to ensure continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.
+ Develops and manages all Key Performance Indicators related to supply chain, logistics and sub-contract management performance.
+ Establishes and manage multi-site supply chain organization producing synergies of personnel and processes to ensure an optimized organization.
+ Develops and implements strategies to leverage optimum prices, including sourcing strategies to low-cost countries and/or offset countries and taking into consideration tariff implications and risk mitigations.
+ Identifies and recommends key new suppliers and ensures support teams perform new supplier technical evaluations and ongoing supplier audits.
+ Partners with key stakeholders, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales and Marketing and Program Management, driving continuous improvement to ensure on-time, complete, and compliant deliveries to customers.
+ Ensures supply partners are aligned with technical and commercial requirements by working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production.
+ Ensures supply chain is engaged to support customer orders, maintain optimum lead time and inventory levels while anticipating risks and issues
+ Determines material and merchandise cost trends, then formulates and coordinates policies and activities to maintain appropriate margins.
+ Analyses market conditions/trends, geopolitical conditions, and delivery systems to determine present and future material availability and mitigate risks.
+ Promotes consistency in managing subcontracts across functions and defines expectations across procurement and program management.
+ Participates in or leads subcontract management strategy development and implementation.
+ Establishes, implements and maintains effective subcontracts management leadership, systems, methods and procedures
+ Effective subcontract management throughout the contract lifecycle
+ Prepares reports regarding supplier performance, and merchandise costs, including experience with metrics for assessing and reporting program and/or commodity progress, productivity and variance analysis,
+ Facilitates and ensures individual and team roles and responsibilities are understood; performance measurement objectives and metrics are identified, measured and monitored on an ongoing basis in order to provide positive feedback on accomplishments and to ensure immediate action is taken to address shortfalls
+ Actively participate as a member of the Sector Leadership and Supply Chain Functional Leadership teams and help develop and execute strategic plans and actions.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Oversee the entire Logistics, Procurement, Planning and Supply Chain for Canada, including establishing the Supply Chain strategy with the Canada growth plan (setting up new markets). This will also include oversight in Canadian LTO planning, overseeing and managing the Canadian supplier partner and distribution center relationships, managing the Chipotle Standard Food Quality and Traceability programs, and leading procurement, logistics, and supply chain for Canada.
**Responsibilities:**

+ Establishing the Supply Chain strategy with the Canadian growth plan (setting up and implementing in new Alberta province)

The ideal candidate will:
+ B.A./B.S. in related field or an equivalent in education and experience

**PAY TRANSPARENCY**

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
- Superviser toutes les ressources matérielles et s'assurer que nous disposons du bon produit au bon endroit et au meilleur coût.
- Superviser la chaîne d'approvisionnement, la logistique et l'inventaire des sites au Canada et aux États-Unis.
- Collaborer avec notre société mère pour obtenir des prix auprès des fournisseurs mondiaux.
- Élaborer et maintenir des mesures de contrôle des stocks afin de minimiser les pénuries et les excès de matériel.
- Contrôler la logistique, en veillant à ce que les solutions les plus rentables soient mises en œuvre avec un niveau minimal de non-conformité.
- Améliorer en permanence les outils, les processus, les analyses et les rapports.
- Enquêter de manière proactive sur les indicateurs de performance clés manqués et mettre en œuvre des plans de correction.
- Construire et gérer des partenariats avec des fournisseurs afin de trouver les meilleures solutions pour l'entreprise.
- Négocier des contrats globaux avec les fournisseurs au niveau du Work Truck Group.
- Vous vous concentrez sur la satisfaction du client et entretenez des relations avec les principales parties prenantes en communiquant de manière claire et cohérente.
- Diriger et encadrer une équipe de spécialistes du sourcing, de l'approvisionnement, de la logistique et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, en stimulant les performances, en soutenant le développement et en planifiant la succession.
- Prévoir, surveiller et atténuer les risques économiques externes pesant sur la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Veiller à ce que toutes les exigences légales et de sécurité soient respectées.
EXIGENCES DU POSTE
- Diplôme universitaire (ingénierie ou chaîne d'approvisionnement/opérations ou équivalent)
- Plus de 15 ans d'expérience pertinente, y compris:
- Expérience des normes PPAP/OEM

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary Responsibility: Oversee all material resources and ensure we have the right product at the right place at the best cost.
- Oversee supply chain, logistics and inventory of sites across Canada and the USA.
- Collaborate with our parent company to leverage pricing from global sourcing providers.
- Develop and maintain inventory control measures to minimize shortages and material excess.
- Monitor logistics, ensuring the most cost-effective solutions with minimal level of noncompliance.
- Drive continuous improvement of tools, processes, analytics and reporting.
- Proactively investigate missed KPIs and implement remediation plans.
- Build and manager partnerships with providers to find the best solutions for the business.
- Negotiate global contracts with suppliers at the Work Truck Group level
- Focus on customer satisfaction and maintain relationships with key stakeholders through clarity and consistency of communications.
- Lead and coach a team of sourcing, procurement, logistics and supply chain specialists; driving performance, supporting development and planning succession.
- Plan for, monitor and mitigate external economic risks on supply chain.
- Ensure all legal and safety requirements are met.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- University degree (Engineering or Supply Chain/Operations or equivalent)

Join our dynamic Inventory Control team where you will play a critical role in managing and moving products within our facility. You will be part of a close-knit team of about five people, responsible for conducting cycle counts, handling paperwork, and supporting shipping and receiving operations.
**Time - 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM**
**Pay rate - $21/hour**
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct cycle counts and manage inventory within the facility.
+ Move products within the warehouse using a sit-down forklift.
+ Handle shipping and receiving duties as needed.
+ Manage and organize paperwork efficiently.
+ Operate a sit-down forklift to move pallets around the warehouse.
+ Work in a cooler environment to ensure product quality.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in operating a sit-down forklift with at least one year of experience.
+ Experience with inventory control and cycle counts.
+ Strong communication skills for handling paperwork.
