Objectives & Responsibilities of the software developer:
- Design, develop, customize, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or other modules as required).

- Develop plugins, workflows, custom entities, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.

- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is highly desirable.

Experience in managing release cycles and system testing.

Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect (or similar certification).
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (Sales / Project Operations / Customer Service).
Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central (ERP modules).
Experience supporting a distributed or global team environment.
Previous experience working in a technology consulting or IT services organization.
Experience using DevOps or ALM for Dynamics 365 deployments.
Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Le Développeur Microsoft Dynamics Business Central sera responsable de développer et maintenir la plateforme Dynamics Business Central aligné sur les besoins de l'entreprise
PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT
• Analyser les besoins des équipes et les traduire en solutions techniques.
• Concevoir, configurer et développer dans Business Central (en AL)
• Intégrer Business Central à d’autres outils applicatifs de l’organisation (CRM, Power Platform, etc.)
• Assurer la qualité, la sécurité et la performance des données
• Automatiser les tests et les déploiements (CI/CD)
• Soutenir les utilisateurs, résoudre les problèmes et documenter les solutions
PROFIL
• 3+ années d’expérience en développement Dynamics Business Central
• Expérience avec les outils Agile (DevOps, Jira)
• Forte connaissance de Power Platform et d’Azure
• Bonne connaissance des langages AL et C#
• BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent
• Bilinguisme (Français requis, Anglais fonctionnel)
