The Role

As a Software Engineer II on the Web Content Team, you’ll be responsible for designing and developing a Chrome extension that enables travel agents to perform post-booking activities seamlessly. We are looking for a natural problem solver who is detail-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role includes planning, developing, testing, and deploying our product.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Engineer and scale high-quality systems that serve hundreds of millions of requests daily, ensuring reliability and performance
  • Serve as a product evangelist, promoting Tripstack's offerings both internally and externally
  • Drive innovation by proactively identifying and proposing new technology solutions to the entire organization
  • Ensure code quality through a focus on test-driven development and writing clean, maintainable code
  • Mentor and empower the team on a wide range of new and existing technologies
  • Leverage strong fundamentals in Algorithms, OOPs, and Data Structures to solve complex problems
  • Tackle both front-end and back-end development, contributing across the entire stack
  • Utilize source control tools such as Bitbucket, GitHub, and GitLab
  • Solve complex technical challenges and troubleshoot third-party integrations in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team
  • Automate repetitive tasks to streamline development and deployment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience developing with C#
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Proficiency in full-stack development, including C# and .NET on the back end, and JavaScript, HTML, and CSS on the front end
  • Familiarity with code quality tools like SonarQube
  • Skilled in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience writing unit and integration tests for both front-end and back-end code
  • A plus: Experience with front-end test automation frameworks
  • Experience designing and building RESTful or SOAP APIs
  • Hands-on experience with a modern front-end framework like React or Angular
  • Experience with front-end automation testing tools like Selenium
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional product focused development team

Additional experience that would be considered an asset:

  • Cloud experience is a plus: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS.
  • Experience with API testing tools like Postman or Fiddler.
  • Familiarity with Elastic tools such as Kibana or Grafana.

Responsibilities:

Short-term: QA focused and get familiar with the product

  • Define and maintain test plans
  • Test specifications for functional, regression and performance testing
  • Find clear reproduction steps for issues reported by customers
  • Verify builds for quality prior to production deployment
  • Translate high-level business requirements into test scenarios
  • Perform service-level testing on an as-needed basis

Long term: Increased development focus

  • Become familiar with our codebase and help with smaller development tasks
  • Implement and maintain automated test scripts covering fundamental functions in the application
  • Work closely with engineering teams to discuss risk and risk mitigation
  • Assist in shaping the overall QA process by suggesting improvements, best practices, and new approaches to testing workflow
  • Join the development team after familiarizing with the code base
  • Receive mentorship from the engineering team
  • Lead the QA division as a QA engineer, helping us automate and improve our testing process.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of general QA methodology
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Knowledge of relational database concepts and good SQL skills preferred
  • Hands-on experience testing and debugging web-based software
  • Experience with Load, Stress, and Performance testing
  • Ability to work independently

  • Familiarity with modern sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, G-suite).
  • Comfortable sending outbound emails, cold calling, and engaging stakeholders across various industries.
  • Knowledge of B2B SaaS and outbound cadences (email/phone/social).
  • Self-starter who thrives on hitting and exceeding performance targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing your own workflow, leads, and tasks efficiently.

Atlas Search is a multi-cloud service that allows users to execute complex full text and vector search queries using the MongoDB Query Language. Our users are free to focus on relevance and data retrieval instead of the machinery needed to search data at scale.
Join the team that builds user interfaces for Atlas Search. Our products enable Atlas users to configure and manage their search infrastructure, test and troubleshoot behavior of search deployments, and experiment with new features. We have a unique opportunity in the search engineering organization to impact adoption of Atlas Search, especially focusing on new products like vector search and how customers implement RAG and chat style applications on top of MongoDB.
This role can be based remotely in Canada.
**You would get to:**
+ Contribute to the design and implementation of customer facing features and products using client and server side Typescript, React, Next.js, and Java
+ Own project-level software delivery, including setting and meeting milestones and stakeholder communication
+ Participate in product and architecture discussions
+ Perform code reviews with peers and make recommendations on how to improve our code and software development processes
+ Collaborate with other teams including cloud services, database, enterprise tools, drivers and support to coordinate changes or contribute to their projects
+ Work with a talented team of engineers who care deeply about customer problems and implementing great software solutions with the best technologies for the job
**Ideally you will have:**
+ 7+ years of professional experience with application development
+ Proficiency in modern programming languages and techniques; preferably Typescript (client and server) and Java
+ Proficiency in modern Javascript frameworks; preferably React and Next.js
+ Experience developing distributed systems, cloud services and SaaS products
+ A history of effectively working with and building consensus among stakeholders across job functions (e.g., product and design)

Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced LLM Engineer to join our Innovation Lab team in building intelligent agents for the web. This role focuses on designing, developing, and integrating Large Language Model (LLM) powered agents directly into our web platform, enabling dynamic, context-aware, and autonomous experiences for end users and developers alike.

You’ll be at the forefront of AI / UX platform innovation, creating agents that can assist, automate, and enhance workflows across a range of web applications—from developer tools and dashboards to customer-facing UIs.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement AI agents powered by LLMs for our web platform, supporting rich interaction patterns, autonomy, and contextual intelligence.
  • Build agentic workflows that can plan, reason, and take actions within the browser or across platform APIs.
  • Work with product and UX teams to define intelligent behaviors and assistive features inside web apps.
  • Fine-tune, prompt-engineer, or integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) for platform-specific use cases.
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers to embed agents into modern web apps using technologies like WebComponents, Event Sourcing or custom design systems.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure for prompt orchestration, memory, context management, and tools integration.
  • Explore and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool use, and multimodal interfaces.
  • Evaluate performance, safety, and user experience of deployed agents, and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Llama) and their ecosystem (prompting, tooling, APIs, embeddings).
  • Solid engineering background in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Experience building agent frameworks or working with open-source ones (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, etc.)
  • Familiarity with web platform architecture, including CQRS and Event Sourcing methodologies, service APIs, authentication, and browser automation.
  • Passion for UX and creating intuitive, human-centered AI interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Bonus: Experience with multi-agent systems, memory architectures, or AI planning/reasoning techniques.
