Job DescriptionPOSITION OVERVIEW
12-month contract
Reporting to the Director of E-commerce for the Reitmans brand, the E-commerce Manager is a key member of the marketing and e-commerce team and is the driver of online efforts. The E-commerce Manager is responsible for the achievement of the sales and gross margins plans of the online store. This individual, through the effective leadership of their team's accountabilities, will provide an online experience that surpasses the customer's expectations in terms of product content, creativity, ease of use, speed and freshness.
- Effectively manage a team of skilled creative and technical people that develop and maintain the web experience;
- Enhance the online store performance through site analysis and metric reviews. Review analyses with other members of management team to plan future online activities;
- Define strategy to improve the online experience by ensuring the key tools on the sites are effective and are assisting the sales conversion process with respect to navigation, search, UX, and other areas of the online experience.
- Develop benchmarks to measure success and ROI of the E-commerce initiative. Align all E-commerce activities to achieve and surpass objectives of performance according to these metrics;
- Collaborate with Marketing and Email/CRM teams to ensure alignment across channels and messaging while elevating the brand;
- Partner with Planning & Allocation team to ensure inventory levels, assortment and replenishment meet the growing demand from the online store;
- Work with Media team to ensure performance and acquisition targets are achieved, while following the storytelling calendar;
- Act as a strategic lead and liaison between Product teams to ensure online assortment needs are met through merchandising strategies (ex.: search results, navigation, categorization, online exclusives, and other merchandising strategies)
- · Create & execute new strategies using online personalization in order to help increase on-site conversion.
What You Bring
- Bachelor of Commerce, Administration, Management or related field;
- Experience 5 years + in retail buying and E-commerce as well as an understanding of Online Merchandising;
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and Windows, knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics platforms as well as capable of managing multiple projects;
- Bilingual

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted advisor and Commerce SME for our customers. - Act as both the Domain Expert (Commerce landscape and Search) and product Superuser to instate a high level of customer confidence in you and the Coveo solutions.
- Apply appropriate language depending on stakeholders you engage with, starting with non-technical Business Users, Commerce Directors all the way through to Technical Audiences (CIOs, CTOs).
- Advocate the customers' needs across departments internally.
- As the primary point of contact for customers, liaise with all departments throughout the organization to understand the customer goals/outcomes and ensure quality of product configuration for customers in the implementation process.
- Contribute, author, and edit Coveo customer facing content as part of the Coveo Knowledge Management initiative.

- Assess emerging trends and technologies in digital and social media marketing analytics to ensure tools and methodologies remain cutting-edge.
- Perform testing and analysis to determine the effectiveness of various campaign elements, such as: creative formats and messaging strategies.
- Increasing a website’s visibility in search engines to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Analyzing performance metrics, and staying up to date with search engine algorithm changes.
- Work closely with the content creators and web developers to implement strategies that improve rankings and maximize Return On Investment.
Education & Experience Requirements
As a successful candidate you will hold a:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media and website analytics, including at least 2 years in a role focused on campaign performance reporting and data-driven optimization.
- Understanding of analytics tools, social media and website insights platforms, and data visualization software.
- Proficiency in using data to inform digital strategies is a requirement.
- Expertise in social media and website promotion and optimization, audience segmentation, campaign tracking, and reporting methodologies.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, such as: Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is also necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring data insights align with broader social media and company objectives.
