POSITION SUMMARY

We are actively looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Department. This role involves overseeing digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing efforts to achieve the business goals and objectives. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with our marketing and admission teams under the supervision of the Campus Director and oversee our digital marketing operations.


RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager are subject to change and additional duties may be assigned over time as the situations require. The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on how the organizations current and future activities and strategic priorities will impact digital marketing.
  • Align existing digital marketing strategies, plans, and resources with other functions to support the organizations growth.
  • Allocate human and technical resources, as well as budgets, based on the organizations goals and priorities.
  • Manage and distribute student recruitment budget, analyze the ROI of digital marketing efforts, and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Research the competitors and their digital marketing strategies, identify potential opportunities, and provide recommendations to actualize them.
  • Stay updated with the developments in digital marketing technologies to ensure the competitiveness and efficiency of our digital marketing efforts.
  • Assist and support employees in understanding their roles and actively contributing to the processes of attracting, converting, and retaining students through digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the conventional marketing team to ensure coherence in the overall marketing strategies of the organization.

Job Specific Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Google Ads) marketing, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Manage digital marketing operations, including creating digital content, maintaining the website, managing social media accounts, and arranging online events.
  • Ensure that marketing and communications efforts adhere to established timelines.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, identify critical conversion and drop-off points, and optimize user funnels.
  • Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence for the organization to attract the right audience.
  • Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets, including the company website and social media pages.
  • Ensure the digital marketing efforts achieve the student enrolment targets and maintain the desired level of retention rate.
  • Analyzing the results and effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or any other relevant discipline, preferably in digital marketing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role with demonstrated success.
  • Functional knowledge of search engine optimization, email marketing, lead generation, and other digital marketing methods.
  • Experienced in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Functional expertise in website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.), Google Adwords campaigns, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Functional expertise in working with CRM systems and their integration with the sales life cycle.


SKILLS

  • Considerable experience working in the service sector, and experience working in the education sector is considered an asset.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales, website, and social media statistics, complete tasks under pressure, and keep track of small details.

We are looking for an experienced Senior B2B Marketing Manager, to support our B2B Marketing and to establish best practices as we bring Evanesce to our customers. If you are someone who has a creative and data-driven mind-set, you are the right person. Reporting to the Global VP, Marketing you will be responsible for developing and executing all marketing programs, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies and programs to build brand awareness and support revenue generation for sales in North America
  • Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Partner with sales, and other cross-functional teams to build & activate go-to-market strategies and sales enablement for new and existing products
  • Develop a clear understanding of the competitive landscape to differentiate and position Evanesce brands and products within the industry
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and implement B2B marketing partnerships with business associations to drive awareness, generate leads and demonstrate our leadership within the industry
  • Implement an efficient and effective lead generation strategy for key customer segments to target, attract and convert quality leads, leveraging marketing automation, content, web, social, events and other channels
  • Ensure that branding, marketing initiatives, strategy, standards, and practices are consistent
  • Ensure that key performance indicators are being tracked, evaluated and that regular updates are being made to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identify needs for new products and services and make recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities or trade shows, sponsorships, events, and other marketing programs
  • Negotiate contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
  • Develop and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
  • Collect and compile customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on lead generation
  • Experienced in building a successful B2B brand
  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets
  • Understanding of marketing automation and lead generation principles
  • Customer-centric with an excellent understanding of analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptionally skilled at working in an innovative, fast-paced environment with lean resources.
  • Roll up your sleeves attitude and ability to work independently in an environment of competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional team
  • Experience in the sustainability sector is an asset
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google AdWords, social media is an asset
