This is a 13-month fixed term contract position.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, your position as Manager, Consumer and Service Marketing is directly responsible for the performance of the full Consumer and Service Marketing team including Digital marketing, ShopColoplast Marketing, graphic design, Service Marketing and Marketing Administration. The Manager, Consumer and Service Marketing will provide leadership, coaching, appraisal, motivation and development to these teams which will enable the teams to succeed. The position acts as a key driver for performance and overall development for the Consumer and Service Marketing team while also ensuring Coloplast experience across all consumer and service marketing channels. This position is an integral part of the Coloplast consumer and service journey, giving you the opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the organization and our Canadian consumers.
Major Areas of Accountability
Monitor, measure, train, coach and motivate team members to effectively engage with consumers, patient organizations, partners, and other stakeholders. Responsible for the creation and delivery of performance reviews and overall development of the Consumer and Service Marketing team.
Responsible for managing the overall consumer marketing strategy including building integrated marketing campaigns both online and offline, while also guiding the implementation. Also responsible for the overall service marketing strategy including Coloplast Professional and Coloplast Care along with the responsibility for the Shop Coloplast website and online strategy.
Provide annual business planning for the Consumer and Service Marketing team and strategy. Report generation and analysis to both local and global management.
Manage the development of consumer marketing materials including brochures, labels and kits. Manage the development of Coloplast Professional marketing materials. Manage the development of the Coloplast Care program including the addition of mental health services.
Manage the Shop Coloplast website along with online marketing strategy. Including: Managing the Shop Coloplast website images, descriptions and CVI; Monitor and analyze conversion rates, site traffic, provide insights on customer behaviour; Create and execute online email campaigns and organic media related to ShopColoplast; Work with all departments to ensure integration and optimal performance; Continue to enhance online shopping experience.
Continually strive to develop, update and streamline operations, ensure alignment with general policies and procedures of overall consumer organization, as well as grow our business in line with our mission, values and vision.
Conduct regular team meetings, one on one dialogue, coaching, training which support the professional development of the team as well as fostering a productive learning environment.
Act as the Consumer and Service Marketing subject matter expert (SME) for collaboration with other departments and globally.
Provide leadership presence throughout the department to effectively influence results, manage and report on performance of all campaigns and assess against goals (KPIs). Ensure team members are accountable to the Coloplast mission, policy and procedures.
Assess competencies and implement ongoing training and development programs to continuously drive successful business results; leveraging and researching internal, global resources and third party offerings.
Member of the Coloplast Canada Management Team; Any additional tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
4+ years working experience in consumer marketing with key digital marketing experience (Google/Social Media. B2B, B2C).
University Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
Highly structured approach to work with attention to detail and proper documentation of work-related activities.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management while always demonstrating professionalism.
Healthcare marketing experience is preferred.

Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with our regional marketing teams to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, while taking ownership of our paid search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Develop multi-channel digital campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness
Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn to drive high-quality traffic and conversions
Collaborate with teams on content, SEO, email, and social campaigns to ensure alignment and amplification.
Test landing pages and creative to improve conversion rates in collaboration with web and design teams.
Report on campaign performance while providing actionable insights to stakeholders identifying areas for optimization and growth
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
Significant working experience in B2B digital marketing within a global or multi-region company
Proven success in managing and scaling paid media campaigns across multi-region markets
In-depth knowledge of PPC, SEO, CMS, and performance analytics platforms
Ability to commute to our downtown Toronto office approximately 50% of the month
Passport is required for occasional travel to USA

Key Responsibilities
Updating and maintaining company websites (content, SEO, landing pages, promotions, plugins, UX improvements)
Managing digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google, retargeting, display) and optimizing ROAS
Implementing marketing automation workflows for email, SMS, and CRM integrations
Setting up, tracking, and optimizing lead funnels and conversions across multiple business units
Monitoring analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Mailchimp reports, CRM dashboards) and preparing executive performance reports
Conducting A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign funnels
Managing paid media budgets, pacing, and forecasting across multiple channels
Developing and managing SEO strategies including keyword research, backlinking, and local SEO for multiple brands
Implementing tracking tools and pixels to improve attribution and campaign accuracy
Coordinating event marketing logistics (digital campaigns, online ticketing, sponsorship promotions)
Liaising with agencies (SEO, PPC, creative, PR, radio/TV vendors) to ensure alignment and ROI
Researching competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Identifying and recommending new tools, digital platforms, and technologies to improve marketing efficiency and performance
Supporting online reputation management and digital customer engagement strategies
Preferred Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven results in paid media, SEO, and analytics
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, and tracking pixels
Experience managing WordPress or similar CMS platforms (plugins, optimization, troubleshooting)
Proficiency with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
Creative mindset with technical expertise able to connect strategy, execution, and performance
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Excellent communication skills to work with vendors, agencies, and internal teams
