Key responsibilities include:
- Act as Hotel digital and e-commerce leader and subject-matter expert, providing strategic and tactical recommendations to drive properties performance across channels
- Build strong and close rapport with hotels digital teams, providing guidance, overseeing their e-commerce and digital strategy and aligning it with the overall departmental objectives
- Support hotels in strategic planning and execution of digital marketing activities through global partners, vendors and agencies including but not limited to SEM, email marketing, social media, display and programmatic, metasearch, OTA ads
- Design and develop learning material for hotels including user-guides, webinars, handbooks
- Manage the e-commerce budget to support global campaigns and focus hotels, and optimizing return on investment
- Take part of Commercial hotel reviews and identify new online business opportunities
- Utilize data analytics tools and customer insights to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve online performance.
- Drive central tools adoption by properties
- Work closely with counterparts from Acquisition, CRM, Social Media, Product in the rollout of digital projects, tools and campaigns
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders from Revenue, Marketing, PR, Sales, Operations
- Monitor and assist in ensuring Rate parity together with the Revenue team throughout all distribution channels
- Support new opening hotels with distribution, budget recommendation, team structure and opening campaign
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing
- Preferred luxury hospitality background with knowledge of distribution and OTAs
- Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of current digital landscape, trends and best practices
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and web analytics
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent English, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Our expectations:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance & PMO, the Business Project Manager’s mandate is to deliver the various projects for which he or she is responsible. The Project Manager must determine the best strategy, making full use of the resources allocated for the duration of the projects.
***Note: The Project Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of various projects, which may concern all business units of the organization: stores, distribution centers, replenishment/procurement, transportation, strategy & optimization, finance, human resources, marketing/merchandising, digital, IT, legal, etc.
Your role: Determine the project strategy: content, scope, resources, time frame, costs, risks, level of quality, communications and training;
Assist in budget assessment;
Take responsibility for planning and monitoring the cost of assigned projects;
Use methodologies and standards approved by the project department;
Help plan and assign resources, in cooperation with the program director and unit heads;
Take responsibility for project delivery and quality;
Monitor project execution;
Handle change requests in ongoing projects;
Prepare and present progress reports to the project committee and management committee;
Coordinate tasks and serve as the interface among the various stakeholders;
Ascertain that post-implementation results are satisfactory for the client and the unit head before handover into operational mode;
Transfer the project to the internal clients, including all necessary documentation;
Provide unit heads with performance evaluation reports for the resources assigned to the project.
The qualifications we are looking for: University degree in business or the equivalent;
Project Management Certification (strong asset);
10 years’ experience in project management, including 5 years as a designated project manager and 3 years managing cross functional projects;
Experience in managing complexe projects in various business areas: stores, distribution centers, replenishment/procurement, transportation, strategy & optimization, finance, human resources, marketing/merchandising, digital, IT, legal, etc.
Experience in retail trade and distribution;
Experience with a recognized methodology;
A track record as an excellent communicator;
Ability to make presentations to senior management;
Several years’ experience in HR management on matrix-based projects;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Facilitate outcome-based planning and road-mapping , qualify investment ideas, and build business and technology roadmaps that will streamline transition from strategy to execution, accelerate technology innovation, and optimize technology portfolio.
Lead complex business transformations, complete capability and value stream assessments to address end-to-end business and technology impacts, and ensure ongoing alignment between strategy and implementation.
Develop a coordinated view of organization’s business architecture to support capability, value stream or customer journey assessments and to define and govern outcome-based transformation roadmaps.
Keep up to date with the latest technology developments and industry/market trends. Conduct detailed research to find opportunities for technology innovation that can improve or redefine our business model.
Drive and facilitate product/vendor direction and integrate new technologies from an architectural perspective within the business environment, while optimizing costs and mitigating risks.
Contribute to achieving important project achievements and overall project goals on time, within budget, and by following relevant standards.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years relevant experience driving large business transformations and leading teams
A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance.
Ability to recognize structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies, and cross-silo redundancies and work effectively at all levels of an organization to influence others to move toward consensus.
Ability to act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT and data constraints to the business, while applying equal conveyance regarding business strategy and IT strategy, business processes and workflow automation, business initiatives and IT initiatives, and benefit realization and service delivery.
Ability to understand contexts, identify patterns and trends, and analyze impact of different change factors. Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
Extensive experience in strategizing and aligning business and technology plans, adopting new technologies, evaluating and coordinating technology investments, and optimizing application portfolios.
Experience with capability, value stream and customer experience assessments, SWOT analysis, definition, and governance of outcome-based transformation roadmaps.
Experience using model-based representations and business architecture blueprints, that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate, or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations.
Previous experience in management consulting with focus on strategy and transformation is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, finance, or technology, along with a minimum of 10 years in strategic business and tech roles.
Comprehensive familiarity and proficiency in EA frameworks (Zachman, TOGAF) and Business Architecture Guild standard methodologies.
