Job Description: 

  • EC Inventory Planning: Develop weekly, monthly, and long-term inventory strategies. Strategically allocate products to EC warehouse to maintain optimal inventory levels and support sales targets. 
  • Digital Merchandising Collaboration: Partner with EC site operations and merchandising teams to ensure online product presentation aligns with inventory availability and promotional strategies. 
  • Data-Driven Forecasting: Analyze weekly sales trends across EC and retail channels to develop actionable plans with Merchandise Planners. 
  • Markdown & Promotion Strategy: Recommend targeted markdowns and promotional campaigns to accelerate sell-through and reduce overstock, especially for E-commerce-exclusive SKUs.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as Availability Out of Stock, Weeks on Hand, Inventory target, Inventory liquidation and SKU productivity across EC and retail. 
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Contribute to strategic initiatives such as EC expansion, seasonal launches, and digital store integration.

Qualifications 

  • 3–5 years of experience in inventory allocation, preferably with exposure to E-commerce or omni-channel and 2 years or more experience in retail industry. 
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset; experience in KPI tracking and countermeasure planning. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP); experience with Warehouse Management System is a plus.

Description du poste :

About the Role

Derive Future State Technology Architecture

  • Work with EA peers (e.g., Application, Business, Information, Technology, Integration and Security architects) to analyze enterprise business context, as well as change requirements to derive the future state technology architecture. This includes defining the requirements, principles and models that guide technology decisions for the enterprise.
  • In collaboration with technical subject matter experts and EA peers, develops solution architectures (conceptual, logical and physical) for complex solutions that help guide new business capabilities and operating models.
  • Promote digital innovation by using new technologies and approaches to transform the existing technology base and IT estate.
  • Define high-level migration plans to address the gaps between the current and future state, typically in sync with the IT budgeting or other capital planning processes.

Deliver Business Outcomes

  • Lead a team of architects and Subject Matter Experts from other technology and business areas, facilitating the architecture development process.
  • Oversee technology implementation and modification activities (for example, projects and products) for new or shared infrastructure solutions.

Analyze and Evaluate Technology

  • Analyze technology trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise, and the practical application of existing and new technologies to support evolving business and operating models.
  • Guide technology investment decisions based on analysis and evaluation to drive targeted results.
  • Define metrics to measure and demonstrate enterprise technology value.
  • Help design the governance, assurance and standards activities associated with ensuring projects’ and products’ compliance with company standards.
  • Oversee the research, evaluation, and selection of hardware and software technology and product standards, as well as the design of standard configurations.
  • Identify the cultural and financial impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures) of the enterprise technology architecture.
  • Report on the EA process, its outcome and ongoing results. You will be an advocate for EA development and service delivery.

Communication and Presentation

  • Present at senior management meetings as a key member of the management team. Provide clear and accurate explanations of the issues and actions. As a leader in the industry, report on areas of architectural significance externally to the organization.

About You

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math or an equivalent of related education and experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, specifically with Solution Architecture or Information System Design.
  • Hands-on experience with service-oriented architecture and various integration patterns, including Event Messaging, Data Integration and Application Integration.
  • Practical experience architecting large scale distributed solution in a hybrid, multi-cloud environment, including COTS, in-house, mobile, and legacy software.
  • Experience in structured methodologies for designing and implementing solutions.
  • Extensive experience in systems analysis and design in large enterprise (preferably retail or wholesale), environments.
  • Experience drafting and presenting enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. models, diagrams, specifications, technical assessments, solution outlines and solution designs, technology roadmaps, Architecture Review Board presentations).
  • Industry knowledge of TOGAF/ITSM/ITIL/COBIT set processes and technologies
  • Knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as waterfall, spiral, agile software development, rapid prototyping)
