We are looking for an E-Commerce Merchandiser to join our E-Commerce department!
Responsibilities
- Work with Marketing and Merchandising teams to manage setup of and any changes to product assortment on the website (i.e. product listing, delisting, pricing, promotions, etc.);
- Ensure timely execution and accuracy of new product imagery and copy added to the item pages; ensure timely product and collection launches;
- Develop effective partnerships with Marketing, IT, and Merchandising teams to ensure products are effectively merchandised online;
- Ensure products are displayed to maximize revenue, SEO, AOV and conversion and takes action to identify opportunities to improve;
- Conduct daily audits of the site to ensure the correct products have exposure, adequate inventory, and are merchandised with the correct product collections;
- Partner with IT team to maintain data integrity for items on the site and trouble shoot backend issues;
- Provide input to ranking based on product performance, business trends, projected key items and inventory position;
- Coordinate and maintain digital content and promotions aligned to the online marketing and business calendars;
- Contribute to the creation of online campaigns in collaboration with E-Commerce and Marketing teams;
- Conduct regular evaluations of the competition.

The e-Commerce Specialist reports to the Digital Platform Manager at General Motor. The eCommerce Specialist will be a critical driver of our online sales success, responsible for both the strategic direction and technical execution of our e-commerce platform. This role will operate across multiple distinct business units, supporting sales through both direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels and our dealer network. The Specialist will also factor in diverse fulfillment models and unique pricing strategies for each business unit, ensuring maximized revenue growth and an exceptional customer experience across all digital touchpoints. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of complex digital shopping journeys. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
eCommerce Platform Management & Strategy:
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for the e-commerce platform, overseeing its technical health, performance, and scalability across all integrated business units.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

+ Proven experience managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, including technical aspects like integrations, data feeds, and troubleshooting, specifically within a multi-business unit environment.
+ Proven track record of contributing to online sales growth and conversion optimization across both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and dealer network channels.

Reporting to the Director of E-commerce for the Reitmans brand, the E-commerce Manager is a key member of the marketing and e-commerce team and is the driver of online efforts. The E-commerce Manager is responsible for the achievement of the sales and gross margins plans of the online store.
