Job DescriptionThe Content Creation Technology Group (CCTG) is looking for a Senior AI/ML Programmer who will contribute to the development of applications in the domains of Generative AI and ML bots. The Senior AI/ML Programmer role will bring best practices and design principles to assist the team in delivering our ambitious features roadmap.
Main responsibilities:
Provide and support ML systems based on business requirements and objectives.
Establish technical designs to meet game’s needs.
Collaborate with the data science team, specialized programmers (gameplay, AI, etc.), the research team, and other stakeholders such as productions.
Develop, integrate, and maintain inference engines, libraries, and ML frameworks.
Leverage best hardware (NPU, GPU, CPU) to accelerate ML related computations
Develop systems that allow Gameplay programmers and Data scientist to easily track relevant data to train models
Develop systems to benchmark, evaluate and optimize model’s performance
Program in a clear and structured manner that is in keeping with performance, maintenance, modularity, scalability and compatibility requirements
Integrate and maintain ML systems in game engines and games.
Write unit tests and integration tests
Other responsibilities:
Creating proof of concepts, that can require model training, fine tuning, experimenting with different techniques and models.
Suggest improvements whenever necessary by designing and implementing new systems or enhancing existing ones
Conducting research to stay up to date with the latest advancements.
Documentation, presentations, and knowledge sharing to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical collaborators.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent. Master in Machine Learning is an asset.
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in AI/ML.
Core Skills:
In-depth knowledge of C++ required
Strong Architecture skills
A good hardware knowledge, to take advantage of multithreading, and optimize memory management.
Other Skills:
Proficient in Python is an asset.
Experience working with game engines is an asset.
A good knowledge of Database products is an asset.
A good knowledge of cloud-based platforms is an asset.
A good knowledge of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.

Job DescriptionThe BIM Content Developer will support the entire multi-disciplinary design team for Aviation, Highways and Roads, Rail and Transit, Bridges and Tunnels, Ports and Harbours projects. This role is responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining a high-quality, standardized library of BIM content including Civil 3D and Revit templates, blocks, set up files, shared parameters and property sets, adaptive parametric families and assemblies and sub-assemblies, object styles, catalogues and part lists to ensure efficient and consistent modeling across the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and maintain the project’s BIM content library—including Civil 3D and Revit templates, setup files, styles, families, assemblies, catalogs, and part lists—and enforce consistent usage across teams.
- Define and document the BIM content development roadmap, including process workflows, issue tracking and resolution protocols, and request/fulfillment procedures.
- Provide regular progress updates and reporting to the management team on BIM content strategy and implementation.
- Offer technical support and training to design and modeling teams on BIM content standards, usage, and best practices.
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and refinement of BIM content to ensure alignment with project needs and platform updates.
- Develop discipline-specific BIM content in alignment with specifications, applicable codes and standards, and vendor-specific data requirements.
- Continuously advance the BIM content library as per AIR, EIR and BEP to support evolving project needs across design phases, construction, procurement, and operations.
- Optimize all BIM content for model performance, coordination efficiency, and compliance with industry and project standards.
- Collaborate with the Design and Engineering Program Lead to implement, monitor, and update the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of models and drawings to ensure accurate usage of approved standard content and adherence to project requirements.
- Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the AEC industry, with at least 3 years in a dedicated BIM content creation role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit family creation and Civil 3D object styles and assemblies.
- Strong knowledge of Civil 3D and familiarity with Revit.
- Experience developing BIM content for large-scale, multi-disciplinary infrastructure or aviation projects
- Excellent understanding of BIM principles, standards, and data management.

The role will focus on leveraging the HCP and HCSF APIs to build applications and services that support secure file access, data migration, automation, and content management workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain API integrations with HCP and HCSF for file operations, content metadata, access control, and reporting.
- Build tools and services to automate file ingest, retrieval, tagging, search, and compliance workflows .

- Ensure performance, reliability, and security across all API interactions.

- Lead training sessions in both theoretical and practical formats, ensuring a high level of student engagement and comprehension
- Stay current with the latest developments in EV technologies and integrate relevant advancements into the curriculum
- Provide feedback, mentoring, and technical support to students

Qualifications
