Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Place orders with vendors within specified timeframes, ensuring timely fulfillment and smooth processing.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively follow up with vendors and couriers to address and resolve any order-related issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Order Verification & Risk Analysis: Helping in conducting thorough fraud and risk assessments on orders and resolving any payment-related concerns efficiently.
- Communication: Maintain strong communication with customers, vendors, couriers, and banks as needed to support daily operations. A friendly and professional attitude is key—we’re a people-first team!
- Operational Support: Assist the customer service and operations teams by providing timely updates and responses on related tasks.
Job Requirements:
- This position is a full-time on-site position. Candidates must be located in Montreal, QC.
- English & French: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge. Understanding SQL queries an asset.
- Excellent web research and navigation skills.
- Ability to contribute to a team while also working independently. We don’t believe in micro-managing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask during a peak seasonal surge, and remain productive during the subsequent off-season.
- Powersports knowledge is not necessary, but is an asset (automotive, motorcycle, off-road, snowmobile, MTB, marine, and ATV).

Responsabilités principales :
● Gestion des commandes : Passer des commandes auprès des fournisseurs dans les délais spécifiés, en assurant une exécution rapide et un traitement fluide.
● Résolution des problèmes : Assurer un suivi proactif auprès des fournisseurs et des transporteurs afin de résoudre tout problème lié aux commandes, garantissant ainsi une expérience client optimale.
● Vérification des commandes et analyse des risques : Participer à des évaluations approfondies des risques et des fraudes liés aux commandes, et résoudre efficacement tout problème relatif aux paiements.
● Communication : Maintenir une communication efficace avec les clients, fournisseurs, transporteurs et banques afin de soutenir les opérations quotidiennes. Une attitude amicale et professionnelle est essentielle – nous sommes une équipe orientée vers les personnes !
● Soutien opérationnel : Assister les équipes du service à la clientèle et des opérations en fournissant rapidement des mises à jour et des réponses sur les tâches associées.
Exigences du poste :
● Ce poste est à temps plein, en présentiel. Les candidats doivent être situés à Montréal, QC.
● Anglais et français : Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
● Solide connaissance de Microsoft Excel. La maîtrise des requêtes SQL constitue un atout.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Must be comfortable creating relationships and rapport over the phone
- Work closely with customers to identify their wants and needs in a vehicle and work with lenders to satisfy those needs
- Produce a high volume of calls and maintain a large portfolio of customers
- Discuss and educate customers on current lender requirements
- Monitor DealerTrack and use CRM to schedule appointments with customers and maintain ongoing communication
- Consult with Financial Institutions to obtain funding options
- Collect and review information and documents before sending applications to Financial Institutions
- Call and follow up with customers as per training, policies and procedures for our online financial sales division
- Follow all OMVIC regulations at all times
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years Sales experience (automotive sales experience will move you to the front of the line)
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and positive attitude; must be a team player
- Strong computer skills
- Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- OMVIC Certification is a plus

As the Program Manager, Digital Commerce, you will lead and drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex eCommerce initiatives across multiple business units and platforms. This role will bring a customer-focused view and act as the program manager for our omnichannel digital transformation initiative.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the Program Manager, Digital Commerce, your key responsibilities will include:
- Partner with key business units and IT leaders to identify and prioritize technology initiatives
- Compile business cases and decision requests that clearly articulate problems, solution options, recommendations, and stakeholder impact
- Spearhead implementation and management of resources for IT projects
- Manage and coach project teams to deliver high quality solutions
- Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines, and manage vendors and contractors
- Present new projects and report progress to the Steering Committee
- Interact with internal clients of all levels to improve their technology experience
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide clarification, remove impediments, and ensure desired outcomes are achieved
- Ensure dependencies are understood and addressed, and requirements are correctly communicated and recorded
- Complete and support testing activities
- Document end-to-end processes, including analysis of business impacts
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
- At least 5-7 years of progressive project and/or program management experience, with a focus on digital and eCommerce initiatives
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation projects across B2B channels
- Post-secondary degree in a related field such as computer science or business administration
- Project management certification
- Experience implementing digital commerce platforms (i.e., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce, etc.)
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and middleware integration
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (i.e., Jira, MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
- Expertise in agile, scrum, and traditional PM methodologies and the ability to tailor PM approach based on project needs
- Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze problems and their business impacts
