Start Date:  October 1, 2025

Location:  Stoney Creek, ON (Hybrid Preferred – Remote Considered)


Baffin – a proudly Canadian brand and wholly owned subsidiary of Canada Goose – is looking for an eCommerce Specialist to join our growing marketing team on a 12-month maternity leave contract, beginning October 1, 2025.


We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative digital professional who is eager to contribute, problem-solve, and make an impact. This role is hybrid (minimum three days per week in our Stoney Creek, ON office), however remote arrangements will be considered for the right fit.


Core Responsibilities

  • Execute Baffin’s eCommerce strategy to drive sales and improve conversion on our direct-to-consumer website in the North American market.
  • Develop and manage the website roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee daily site operations and functionality, collaborating with our eCommerce agency on web development and user experience design.
  • Own the customer journey, continuously improving landing pages to optimize the user experience and increase conversion.
  • Collaborate with the brand and communications team to update site content and ensure messaging consistency.
  • Monitor site performance to ensure speed and efficiency are maintained.
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions and special eCommerce events.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators for site features and campaigns.
  • Conduct customer research and surveys to refine user personas.
  • Lead the email marketing program, from growth strategy to content creation and campaign execution.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility.
  • Forecast new product sales and develop projections to support inventory planning.
  • Manage the eCommerce operations budget and eCommerce marketing budget.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of eCommerce or digital marketing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Current knowledge of digital trends and industry developments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Shopify and Figma.
  • Basic understanding of web development is an asset.
  • User experience (UX) design knowledge is an asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to develop and deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
