**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Operations Management Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team responsible for planning, managing, and directing business operations for a small to medium sized client or region.
This job is part of the Operations Management job function. They are responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization's goals and strategies.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
+ Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.

**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

+ Operates all equipment, software, and devices and trains others.
+ Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
**Requirements**
+ 6 months data entry previous experience- **Required**
+ 6 months administrative previous experience- **Required**
+ Intermediate computer skills:Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites - **Required**
+ Ability to lift-up to 70 lbs. (32kg) unassisted. Typical package weight ranges from 25-35 lbs. - **Required**
+ Bachelor's degree or international equivalent - Preferred
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Description du poste**
This position works in the Package Center Servicing Customers and coordinates the center's administrative activities. The role may be responsible for the training and development of the center administrative employees, where the employees are assigned, and will direct their work.
**Job Type:** Part-Time/ Permanent
**Workdays:** Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week)
**Shift Hours** : 2.30 PM to 7.30 PM (must be able to work a minimum of 25 hrs. per week)
**Shift Duration:** 5 hours a day (must be flexible with the Start and Finish time)
