About the Role
We are looking for an experienced trainer to join our team in a fast-moving SaaS business. You will be a part of our dynamic Customer Success team that includes Professional Services, Customer Services, Product Specialists, and Account Management. You will be working closely with our brilliant Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers to support successful EHS system implementations across a number of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training national and international Customers to use the EcoOnline best practice EHS solution and the other products we offer.
- Assessing individual/group training needs
- Planning, designing, maintaining, and delivering interactive and engaging training sessions.
- Creation of learning materials to supplement training sessions.
- Provide collaborative guidance and expertise during customer training sessions.
- Establish strong customer relationships at pace.
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills within an agile environment
- Evaluating and implementing customer feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- Managing and maintaining suite of virtual training videos
- Keeping up to date with product development
- Collaborating with the product team to evaluate fresh features, guaranteeing that training sessions and educational resources are provided in advance.
- Work with the support team to pinpoint additional training requirements or enhance product development.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years Trainer/Teacher/Facilitator/Customer facing.
- Experience of delivering training online and in-person
- Online facilitation qualification (e.g., COLF) preferred.
- Training qualification (e.g., TAP) preferred.
- Knowledge and experience of recording tools such as Camtasia preferred.
- Knowledge and experience of Vimeo or similar platforms preferred.
- Impressive ability to manage stakeholders and sustaining key client relationships.
- A proactive approach and the ability to take initiative, make decisions and deliver results.
- A flexible communicator, facilitator, influencer and problem solver
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise time effectively.
- Able to work calmly in a pressured environment.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as on your own.
- Preferably degree educated.

The Whistler Blackcomb Training Specialist is a Team Lead position tasked with organizing and facilitating training under the direction of the Training Supervisor. The job requires strong leadership, with the ability to problem solve, think creatively, and build a positive, winning culture for a high performing team. In the absence of the Operational Supervisor & Managers, the Training Lead will have authority for all Patrol Managerial Decisions.
Position Status: Maternity Leave Replacement. Winter Seasonal, Full-Time (40 hours/week) with the possibility of an extension into the summer. This position commences October 1st through June 1st.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assists with all facets of patrol training, including pre-season, compliance, new hire training and the progression of their team skills throughout the season
- Plan and manage winter and summer foundation training for all new patrol hires
- Provide continuous leadership support for new hires through their first season
- Manage, implement and support continuous development of mentorship teams and program through the season
- Collaborates with and delivers a structured training plan as supported by the training team
- Understands Whistler Blackcomb and Vail Resorts SOPs and SOGs and leads by example
- Works closely with other on-mountain departments, managers, and third-party agencies

· Deliver instruction and training, interactive demonstration and / or e-learning to staff at twenty-two (22) CACCs, 9000+ Paramedics and other required Ministry Stakeholders including ORNGE, across the province within established training program content and methodology on the Public Safety Radio System (PSRN) for land and air ambulance services.
· Provide application and product training to both technical and non-technical users.
· Document and deliver Training documentation and overall PSRN Training Strategies, including but not limited to, Training plans for each CACC, taking into consideration the unique aspects and needs of each centre.
· Assist in the development, design and ensuring quality of, all training material related to the project.
· Provide recommendations for training tools as required.
· Provides supervision, hands-on instruction and training, interactive demonstration.
· Evaluations and documents individual participant/student performance; provides feedback and recommends further training if necessary. Administers and grades variable written and/or practical examinations and certifications.
· Work alongside Ministry of Health representatives to ensure EHPMDB processes are incorporated in the training materials while ensuring quality of all training communication material related to the project.
· Work closely with the Training Lead to ensure project activities & timelines are met and effectively communicated to appropriate audiences.
· Report progress against Training plan to Training Lead.
· Create final training materials by integrating EHPMDB future state processes with vendor training material.
· Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
· Provides progress reports to PSRN Project Training Lead and management; identifies and recommends the need for additional/remedial training.
· Provides group leadership, supervision and technical and non-technical direction to students, CACC/ACS Paramedic Service and ORNG resource staff by scheduling work assignments, clarifying and interpreting established practices, and providing technical advice while ensuring that programming timelines are met.
· Acts as province-wide resource regarding the development and delivery of PSRN training programs.
· Participates on committees and other task groups as part of the PSRN technology training.
