Responsibilities
- Create and manage project requirements through development of Verification Cross Reference Matrices (VCRMs).
- Support program development by establishing system architecture and Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for acoustic, mechanical, electronics, power, controls, and software systems.
- Utilize a program VCRM to manage system testing and verification planning, and work with customers to support the design of verification plans for complex systems.
- Lead the development and management of system requirements, architecture, integrations, testing, and verification / commissioning.
- Support environmental and functional system testing.
- Oversee and contribute to the overall requirements management of integrated system projects.
- Establish and lead the development and validation of external interfaces to other systems
- Contribute to the creation of product and technological system roadmaps and internal research and initiatives
- Support business development initiatives, write proposals, white papers, and technical documents

Qualifications
- A bachelors degree in engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional engineering experience.
- Experience developing system architecture, requirements management, and verification.
- Experience in marine systems, defence, or aerospace sectors is considered an asset.
- Experience with complex systems that contain electrical, mechanical, software, and data/networking interfaces.
- Experience with military standards, an asset.
- Professional Engineering designation, an asset.

**Your Experience**
? 6+ years of experience in Partner Solution Consulting, pre-sales engineering, or a similar

following Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud, or Security Operations Center.
? Prior experience working with channel is required. Strong understanding of channel
sales models and experience working with resellers, distributors, and other channel
partners
? Previous experience selling, implementing, or managing SaaS offerings is strongly

This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise and leadership capabilities to manage daily operations, strategic technology initiatives, and ensure the stability and evolution of Graebel's hybrid IT infrastructure. What you'll do
The Systems Engineer will provide hands-on experience in design and engineering efforts implementing DevOps Platforms, common set of products and services used across development and infrastructure teams. This includes providing thoughtful leadership on DevOps Platform design, implementation and management, including all necessary tooling.
