ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role involves managing end-to-end campaign execution, developing lead management strategies, designing nurture programs, leveraging analytics, and other responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience with Marketo and/or HubSpot, strong analytical and client management skills, and a passion for marketing technology.
Responsibilities for this position would include:
- Managing project deliverables and end-to-end campaign execution, from initial concept to launch and post-campaign analysis.
- Developing and implementing robust lead management strategies, including lead scoring, grading, and routing, to ensure efficient sales hand-off and conversion.
- Designing and optimizing automated nurture programs and customer journeys within Marketo and HubSpot to drive engagement and pipeline growth.
- Leveraging analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Consulting clients on their overall marketing operations strategy, including system architecture, data integrity, and process optimization.
- Acting as a subject matter expert for Marketing Automation, providing best practices and innovative solutions to address client challenges and maximize platform capabilities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and data analytics, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing efforts.
- Communicating technical concepts and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A successful candidate will have:
- Licenses (PMP, Marketo Certification, HubSpot Certification, etc.) are considered an asset.
- 3-5+ years of marketing automation or marketing operations experience, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution and optimization.
- A strong understanding of marketing automation principles and their application, including lead lifecycle management, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
- In-depth hands-on experience with Marketo and/or Hubspot, including system configuration, program build, data management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and their integration with marketing automation systems.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical and operational challenges.
- Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
