The Senior Recruitment Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our Banking, Financial, Accounting, and Technology recruitment practices. Operating a full-cycle 360 recruitment desk, you will oversee the complete processfrom business development and client relationship management to sourcing, assessing, and placing high-calibre candidates.
As a trusted advisor to clients, a subject-matter expert in your market vertical, and a role model for junior recruiters, you will ensure both personal desk success and broader team performance.

Core Responsibilities
1.Team Building & Leadership
- Partner with Team Leads to foster a collaborative, high-performance environment across recruitment pods.
- Mentor junior recruiters by sharing best practices, coaching on search strategies, and supporting their professional growth.
- Act as a go-to resource for complex or high-value requisitions.

2. Operational Excellence

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
37 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to corporate and/or agency environments.
Experience training or mentoring others in recruitment processes.
Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, niche databases, Bullhorn).
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in recruitment and selection.
