The Opportunity
We are recruiting anEngineering Project Managerto join our engineering team to help support growth and development of the propane industry in North America, including the Caribbean. In this role the successful candidate will focus on designing processes and piping systems, defining procurement specifications, delivering design packages for bidding and construction, and providing overall support to the team. The main duties will include:
- Leading project planning and execution, aligning project objectives with client requirements and industry standards.
- Support and coordinate CAD design packages (drawings, specifications) for facility projects, working with internal drafting and engineering teams.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Overseeing the preparation of project documentation, including design packages, regulatory applications, and progress reports.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the project management framework.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 37 years of experience delivering projects in EPC/EPCM, energy, utilities, or process facility environments.
- Proven ability to manage projects through design, procurement, and construction phases.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to coordinate cross-functional teams and client relationships.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with project management and engineering tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Familiarity with Canadian codes and standards (CSA B149, CSA B51) is an advantage, but training can be provided.
- Eng. designation (or working toward) is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of French is considered an asset.

Located out of our Belleville, Ontario plant, the Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution and finalizing of projects according to strict deadlines, within budget, and with credible technical solutions. You will:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, including 4+ years of experience in project management.
- Strong technical background, with experience in software development and architecture.
- Experience with agile methodologies and software development principles.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
