**What you can expect to do here:**
+ Designing and 3D modeling mechanical systems, piping layouts, and plant configurations using AutoCAD and Plant3D
+ Creating P&IDs, isometrics, and process flow diagrams that reflect real-world functionality and safety
+ Visiting client mine sites to verify designs and soak in firsthand feedback
+ Supporting feasibility and detailed design work with fresh ideas and precision
+ Interfacing with clients and cross-discipline teams to deliver high-quality engineering outputs

**What you'll bring to WSP:**
We're looking for someone curious, collaborative, and eager to grow:
+ A College Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering Design
+ 0-5 years' industry experience (mining exposure is a plus!)
+ A valid driver's license and willingness to take on field work
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Plant3D, with bonus points for skills in SolidWorks, Inventor, Revit, AutoPLANT, Civil3D, and Microsoft Office
+ Top-notch organizational and time management abilities
+ Clear and confident communication in English - written and verbal

**What you can expect to do here:**
As a Senior Designer, you'll bring your technical expertise and leadership mindset to high-impact mining infrastructure projects. You'll:
+ Develop and review 3D models and detailed mechanical layouts using AutoCAD, Plant3D, and other design platforms
+ Establish and refine drafting standards and QA/QC procedures for consistently excellent deliverables
+ Check and validate drawings created by junior team members - and ensure every pixel and pipe meets the mark
+ Own time management across design phases, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively
+ Mentor junior staff, providing guidance, support, and technical development
+ Contribute to feasibility and detailed mechanical design - from shaft infrastructure to ventilation and processing systems
+ Visit mine sites to validate designs and stay connected to real-world applications
+ Collaborate with clients, cross-functional teams, and other WSP disciplines to deliver integrated solutions
+ Assist with cost estimating for proposals, bringing your practical insights to the front end of project development

**What you'll bring to WSP:**
You're a seasoned designer who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in elevating others. You have:
+ A College Diploma (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering Design
+ 10+ years of industry experience with exposure to mining operations (bonus points!)
+ Proven experience in managing and mentoring junior staff
+ A valid driver's license and a flexible approach to both field and office work
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Plant3D, with familiarity in:

Based in Sudbury, ON , the Civil Engineering Technician (Water Resources) will have a wide range of duties which focus on assisting in all aspects of Engineering project delivery.

What You’ll Do:
As part of the TULLOCH Engineering team, you will:

• Prepare plans, proposals, specifications, supporting documents, reports, and permit applications
• Work in a team to develop Site Plan preparation documents including site services, grading, drainage, and stormwater management
• Be entrusted with ensuring effective management of stormwater management, drainage and hydrology, wastewater conveyance, potable water distribution, earthworks, transportation, cost estimating, and other supporting areas of Water Management projects
• Prepare the preliminary and final linear infrastructure, road, and street designs
• Work in a larger team on Subdivision development projects
• Be responsible for construction inspections on various projects

What You Should Bring:
The ideal candidate will be enrolled in a relevant field of study (Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Mining Engineering, or Natural Resources). Additionally, you should have:

• Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD is considered an asset
• Experience in the use of Total Station and GPS Survey Equipment is considered an asset
• High motivation with results-oriented focus
• Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid Class G driver’s licence
