**Responsibilities**
Serve as the Requirements Manager for Infrastructure projects in the conceptual, preliminary, and final design for complex infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
+ Work with a team in providing systems engineering & integration requirements responsibilities and oversight for infrastructure projects involving multiple systems and sub systems.
+ Responsible for managing all requirement management activities using either Helix ALM, IBM Doors Suite of tools, JAMA Connect or similar.
+ Deployment and application of Kiewit standard processes and tools
+ Requirement Management tool deployment according to project / customer requirements
+ Training and support process and tools for the project team
+ Owner of the Requirements Management Plan and Requirements Traceability Matrix demonstrating the solution compliancy to contract requirements through requirement traceability through all phases of the project life cycle
+ Working with the configuration and change management personnel at the project level

**Qualifications**
+ Undergraduate degree in construction engineering, construction management or a related degree or comparable work experience.
+ Licensed Professional Engineer in US/Canada preferred.

+ Minimum 8+ years' of progressive work and project experience and thorough understanding of the following, but not limited to;

What will your typical day look like? As a project analyst for R8dius you will support SAP/Oracle projects, develop requirements, and design future state business processes and tool configurations. You will also be responsible for reporting on Scope Management of projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget. What will your typical day look like? As the Manager, ERP Project Management for R8dius you will lead SAP/Oracle projects, develop requirements, and design future state business processes and tool configurations. You will also be responsible for Scope Management of projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget. Leading enterprise-wide change through comprehensive strategic planning, engagement, and communications is also important to the day-to-day function of your role. Lastly, as the Manager, ERP Project Managment for R8dius you will initiate and manage ERP transformation readiness activities such as design and oversee detailed blueprinting activities, data transformation preparation, and infrastructure setup.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you As an ideal candidate for this role, you possess:

7+ years minimum experience of hands on project management and implementation experience in a waterfall or agile delivery. Ideally with 4 to 5 years delivery experience in consulting.
Completed post-secondary education with an accounting/finance background (Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Technology or Computer Science programs)
Advanced knowledge of program and project management discipline including risk and quality management practices in waterfall and agile delivery.
Experience with business transformation and technology enablement project delivery and an understanding of technology implementation issues and risk.
You have a minimum of 5 years of SAP (or other IT) transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, with 4 years of Program Delivery experience and as a Project, Large Workstream, or large SAP (or other IT) transformational projects manager with a large team of contributors.
Hands-on ERP experience (e.g., SAP etc.); minimum 2 full life cycle implementations.
Strong understanding of project management processes, software development life cycles, and Agile methodologies.
Direct experience working with the following SAP S/4 HANA modules: Finance & Order to Cash and Supply Chain Management.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $75,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Position summary:

The Manager, Project Management and Planning is a dynamic and experienced leader that plays a critical role in overseeing Runnymede’s portfolio of projects and aligning them with strategic goals. This role leads and executes through the lifecycle of operational and strategic projects, including supporting the establishment of the Post-Traumatic Stress Injury (PTSI) Centre of Excellence. The role will focus on maintaining project management standards and tools across Runnymede.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee a comprehensive portfolio of multiple projects aligned with Runnymede's strategic vision and priorities through managing the intake, progression, and evaluation of projects.
  • Develop and maintain an Integrated Program Plan for the PTSI Centre of Excellence, engaging functional leaders.
  • Identify interdependencies across projects and propose resource optimization opportunities.
  • Implement project portfolio governance frameworks/processes to ensure accountability and effective decision-making.
  • Identify and manage project portfolio risks and issues that may impact successful delivery, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage individual strategic projects across the enterprise, as well as high-priority operational projects.
  • Develop detailed plans addressing scope, budgets, timelines, resources and metrics.
  • Identify project stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Support execution and monitoring of projects to deliver within timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, adhere to regulations and implement quality reviews.
  • Develop a clear intake and prioritization process for projects across Runnymede, with alignment on ownership and accountabilities.
  • Establish and deploy project management methodologies, templates, and tools.
  • Implement and maintain robust project governance structures and processes (e.g. routine project team/portfolio meeting cadences, checkpoints (project gating), etc.) per leading practices and organizational policies, to ensure effective decision-making, accountability, and coordination across stakeholders.
  • Mentor Project Management and Planning team members and manage resourcing needs.
  • Provides leadership of Runnymede’s vision, mission, and values and mentors staff.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications/experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or equivalent (post-graduate degree preferred).
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in portfolio and/or project management overseeing and executing on strategic and operational projects, and leading organization change management initiatives with at least 3 years in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience managing complex projects (within mental-health rehabilitation hospital, or healthcare environment preferred)
  • Working knowledge of, or willingness to learn legislation as it pertains to the Hospital Sector
  • Strong planning, execution, and risk management abilities, with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, database management, query/project management software/tools.
  • Exceptional project/portfolio planning skills including the development of detailed plans establishing scope, budgets, objectives, timelines, milestones, dependencies, metrics, and resource requirements.
  • Strong change management leadership skills to plan for, support, and measure adoption of people, process, and technology related shifts associated with projects.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to maintain confidentiality as per PHIPA (Personal Health Information Protection Act).
