**Location**
This position is based at our Oakville, Ontario location, with flexibility for travel to and from the US and Canada.
**Responsibilities**
Serve as the Requirements Manager for Infrastructure projects in the conceptual, preliminary, and final design for complex infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
+ Work with a team in providing systems engineering & integration requirements responsibilities and oversight for infrastructure projects involving multiple systems and sub systems.
+ Responsible for managing all requirement management activities using either Helix ALM, IBM Doors Suite of tools, JAMA Connect or similar.
+ Deployment and application of Kiewit standard processes and tools
+ Requirement Management tool deployment according to project / customer requirements
+ Training and support process and tools for the project team
+ Owner of the Requirements Management Plan and Requirements Traceability Matrix demonstrating the solution compliancy to contract requirements through requirement traceability through all phases of the project life cycle
+ Working with the configuration and change management personnel at the project level
+ Working with Interface management and support creation of System Breakdown Structure, Interface Register and Interface Control Documents
+ Support Systems Safety and Assurance group
+ Perform Technical Risk Assessments on jobs the district is pursuing
+ Establish and maintain a systematic, documented, comprehensive, and KPI's through projects
**Qualifications**
+ Undergraduate degree in construction engineering, construction management or a related degree or comparable work experience.
+ Licensed Professional Engineer in US/Canada preferred.
+ 10+ years' experience in all aspects of managing commercial construction projects with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
+ Minimum 8+ years' of progressive work and project experience and thorough understanding of the following, but not limited to;
+ Infrastructure system design, construction, testing and commissioning
+ Understanding and experience in Requirements Management Principles and processes applied in Infrastructure Design and construction
+ Demonstrable understanding of the Configuration and Change Management Principles
+ Knowledgeable in standards such as AREMA, MIL-STD, IEEE and EN
+ Demonstrable knowledge, understanding and use in HELIX ALM, DOORS, JAMA or similar Requirement Management Tools
+ Engineering Concepts, including Design, Verification & Validation, and System

We are seeking a dedicated Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to join the Operations team. You will play a crucial role in delivering customer satisfaction through the professional and effective execution of projects for our automated robotic platforms globally. This position involves collaboration across various functions, including applications, sales, engineering, software application, procurement, and installation teams, to develop, continuously improve, and ensure compliance with PMO processes. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of medicine research through automation.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Leadership and Management: lead and manage the PMO team, providing direction, support, and development opportunities to ensure dedication and professional growth.
+ Project Oversight: lead all aspects of the planning, execution, and completion of the project portfolio, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
+ Customer Satisfaction: ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed customer expectations. Act as a point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
+ Process Improvement: continuously improve PMO processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement lessons learned and ensure compliance with industry standards.
+ Resource Allocation: manage resource allocation and workload distribution among project managers to optimize productivity and project outcomes. Manage key/strategic projects as required by the business.
+ Financial Management: monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to senior leadership. Identify and mitigate financial risks.
+ Communication: facilitate effective communication between project teams, customers, and senior management. Ensure all parties are informed of project status, risks, and issues.
+ Training and Development: provide training and mentorship to project managers and coordinators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
+ Quality Assurance: conduct regular project audits to ensure compliance with PMO processes and quality management systems. Implement corrective actions as needed.
**Required Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related science field.
+ 8 years' demonstrated ability in managing projects in a manufacturing environment
+ 2 years' supervisory experience is preferred
+ PMP/PgMP® certification from the Project Management Institute
**Knowledge & Skills:**
+ Proven ability to manage complex projects in a structured PMO environment.
+ High proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
+ Strong financial competency with experience in budget management and cost tracking.
+ Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
+ Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
+ Technical proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems.
+ Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision).
**Other Requirements:**
+ Ability to travel up to 15% of the time internationally as business requires.

About the Role
This role provides a director level appointment to manage the CANADA IT Shared Services Management team available across the region. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about personnel management, broad technical expertise and can operate and communicate at all levels of the organization. This person will report to the International BRM and will be divisional, sector and segment agnostic. The Director of ITSS CANADA is focused on driving ensuring the rollout and ongoing successful delivery of L3Harris IT shared services throughout the region in line with requirements set the functional IT shared services leadership.
Primary Responsibilities
· This role will collaborate closely with International IT shared service leadership to develop operational capabilities within the region and across the enterprise.
· Responsible for ensuring all regional IT shared services and regional ITSS functional managers meet the appropriate service levels, objectives and measures of ITSS
· Ensuring that clear lines of communication exist between the corporate ITSS leadership and the region ITSS leadership team.
· Lead, manage and drive multi-skilled regional working groups to ensure alignment with our Business stakeholders irrespective of Business Segments.
· Ensure economies of scale are applied (where appropriate) to drive waste cost out of the region.
· Enforce appropriate operational excellence principles in the relevant ITSS disciplines, to ensure agile, on time, on cost and on quality levels of service delivery.
· Engage with the appropriate Business Relationship Management leads to ensure regional business needs are being met and ITSS service delivery aligns with the business strategy.
· Effectively manage, coach and mentor the regional IT team which include personnel across 3 businesses
· Ensure that Industry best practices are identified and utilized to maximize efficient and elegant solutions while minimizing cost.
· The selected leader will engage in ongoing performance management activities at all levels of the team and will collaborate closely with CHQ IT HRBP, Local HRBP and ITSS leadership to execute organizational management and organizational strategy development requirements that include staffing, performance management and recognitions.
· Effectively lead the development of business cases, including financial analysis for organizational changes and IT projects. This includes document creation, performance tracking and ongoing sustainment of measurements to realize plans.
