Our client, a leading Solutions Provider, is looking for a Senior AWS Infrastructure, Cloud Engineer with a focus on cloud migration to AWS. As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, ensuring it meets the highest standards of reliability, scalability, and security. **Location**

**Responsibilities**
Serve as the Requirements Manager for Infrastructure projects in the conceptual, preliminary, and final design for complex infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
+ Work with a team in providing systems engineering & integration requirements responsibilities and oversight for infrastructure projects involving multiple systems and sub systems.
+ Responsible for managing all requirement management activities using either Helix ALM, IBM Doors Suite of tools, JAMA Connect or similar.
+ Deployment and application of Kiewit standard processes and tools
+ Requirement Management tool deployment according to project / customer requirements
+ Training and support process and tools for the project team
+ Owner of the Requirements Management Plan and Requirements Traceability Matrix demonstrating the solution compliancy to contract requirements through requirement traceability through all phases of the project life cycle
+ Working with the configuration and change management personnel at the project level
+ Working with Interface management and support creation of System Breakdown Structure, Interface Register and Interface Control Documents

+ Perform Technical Risk Assessments on jobs the district is pursuing

**Qualifications**
+ Undergraduate degree in construction engineering, construction management or a related degree or comparable work experience.
+ Licensed Professional Engineer in US/Canada preferred.
+ 10+ years' experience in all aspects of managing commercial construction projects with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
+ Minimum 8+ years' of progressive work and project experience and thorough understanding of the following, but not limited to;
+ Infrastructure system design, construction, testing and commissioning
+ Understanding and experience in Requirements Management Principles and processes applied in Infrastructure Design and construction
+ Demonstrable understanding of the Configuration and Change Management Principles

**Location**
This position is based out of our Oakville office in Ontario.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop drawings and calculations for temporary works and construction methods including:
+ Heavy lift plans (site logistics, equipment selection, design of custom rigging and lifting devices, hoisting and jacking systems, custom tools, and crane pad designs)
+ Erection procedures or planned sequences related to construction or demolition operations
+ Evaluation of existing structures for construction loads and/or demolition planning
+ Structural analysis to ensure stability during the temporary condition of new bridges, viaducts, buildings, tunnels, and other structures (for example: construction staging, design of temporary falsework systems, and rebar cage hoisting and support)
+ Support of excavation systems or cofferdams for construction below grade
+ Temporary bridges, trestles, work platforms, fall protection systems, formwork, and other features relating to our construction operations
+ Perform and/or review others' calculations and design drawings, according to industry codes, standards, additional client design criteria, and structural theories
+ Ensure quality and accuracy of the design deliverables
+ Help to identify design risks and assist with risk mitigation planning
+ Assist in Project Management (budgets, schedules, quality control, and coordination / communication with clients)
+ Other responsibilities include: Project on-site design engineering support, on-site inspections, training and mentoring E.I.T.'s, etc.
**Qualifications**
- Experience with temporary structures and/or construction engineering
- Accredited Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree or greater in Structural Engineering is preferred
- 8+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Professional Engineer licensure or eligibility within Canada
- Strong all-around academic knowledge of structural engineering
- Experience with engineering design software will be an advantage; this includes AutoCAD, BlueBeam, MathCAD, RISA-3D etc.
- Experience working in a team setting
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Strong inter-personal skills and an ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment

**Location**

**Responsibilities**
+ Develop drawings and calculations for temporary works and construction methods including:
+ Heavy lift plans (site logistics, equipment selection, design of custom rigging and lifting devices, hoisting and jacking systems, custom tools, and crane pad designs)
+ Erection procedures or planned sequences related to construction or demolition operations
+ Evaluation of existing structures for construction loads and/or demolition planning
+ Structural analysis to ensure stability during the temporary condition of new bridges, viaducts, buildings, tunnels, and other structures (for example: construction staging, design of temporary falsework systems, and rebar cage hoisting and support)
+ Support of excavation systems or cofferdams for construction below grade
+ Temporary bridges, trestles, work platforms, fall protection systems, formwork, and other features relating to our construction operations
+ Perform and/or review others' calculations and design drawings, according to industry codes, standards, additional client design criteria, and structural theories
+ Ensure quality and accuracy of the design deliverables
+ Help to identify design risks and assist with risk mitigation planning
+ Assist in Project Management (budgets, schedules, quality control, and coordination / communication with clients)
+ Other responsibilities include: Project on-site design engineering support, on-site inspections, training and mentoring E.I.T.'s, etc.
**Qualifications**
- Experience with temporary structures and/or construction engineering
- Accredited Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree or greater in Structural Engineering is preferred
- 8+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Professional Engineer licensure or eligibility within Canada
- Strong all-around academic knowledge of structural engineering
- Experience with engineering design software will be an advantage; this includes AutoCAD, BlueBeam, MathCAD, RISA-3D etc.
- Experience working in a team setting

Position summary:

The Manager, Project Management and Planning is a dynamic and experienced leader that plays a critical role in overseeing Runnymede’s portfolio of projects and aligning them with strategic goals. This role leads and executes through the lifecycle of operational and strategic projects, including supporting the establishment of the Post-Traumatic Stress Injury (PTSI) Centre of Excellence. The role will focus on maintaining project management standards and tools across Runnymede.


Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee a comprehensive portfolio of multiple projects aligned with Runnymede's strategic vision and priorities through managing the intake, progression, and evaluation of projects.
  • Develop and maintain an Integrated Program Plan for the PTSI Centre of Excellence, engaging functional leaders.
  • Identify interdependencies across projects and propose resource optimization opportunities.
  • Implement project portfolio governance frameworks/processes to ensure accountability and effective decision-making.
  • Identify and manage project portfolio risks and issues that may impact successful delivery, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage individual strategic projects across the enterprise, as well as high-priority operational projects.
  • Develop detailed plans addressing scope, budgets, timelines, resources and metrics.
  • Identify project stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Support execution and monitoring of projects to deliver within timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, adhere to regulations and implement quality reviews.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications/experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or equivalent (post-graduate degree preferred).
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in portfolio and/or project management overseeing and executing on strategic and operational projects, and leading organization change management initiatives with at least 3 years in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience managing complex projects (within mental-health rehabilitation hospital, or healthcare environment preferred)
  • Working knowledge of, or willingness to learn legislation as it pertains to the Hospital Sector
  • Strong planning, execution, and risk management abilities, with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
