The Athabasca Denesuline Education Authority (ADEA) is seeking a competent, confident, motivated individual to fill the position of Highschool English Language Arts Teacher at Father Gamache Memorial School, located in Fond Du Lac, Saskatchewan. In this role, you will provide strong interpersonal skills, commitment to learning and teaching in project-based ways and provide an enthusiastic learning environment for students.
The ADEA is a First Nation Education Authority serving the three Denesuline First Nations communities in northern Saskatchewan; Black Lake First Nation, Hatchet Lake First Nation, and Fond Du Lac First Nation. The Authority serves a total student population of approximately 1,400 students. The Authority is working toward improved educational outcomes by utilizing the latest technology, progressively piloting programs, and integrating Denesuline culture into the classroom and school curriculum.
This competition is open to all applicants who reside in Canada; and preference will be given to First Nation or other Indigenous applicants who possess the qualifications, knowledge, and skills to meet the minimum suitability requirements as stated for the position.

Knowledge and skills required
- DES combined with knowledge and understanding of the financial world (credit history) or any other relevant financing-related training;
- 1 to 3 years' experience in a similar role, enabling rapid familiarization with collections; (a strong asset)
- Ability to write communications to partners and make calculations related to the types of requests;
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of credit risks;
- Ability to multi-task (phone calls, emails, audits);
- Excellent priority management skills;
- Recognized for your initiative, resourcefulness and diplomacy;
- Recognized for your positive attitude and ideas for improvement;
- Ability to adapt quickly and easily;
- Sense of customer service;
