Job DescriptionThe Content Creation Technology Group (CCTG) is looking for a Senior AI/ML Programmer who will contribute to the development of applications in the domains of Generative AI and ML bots. The Senior AI/ML Programmer role will bring best practices and design principles to assist the team in delivering our ambitious features roadmap.
Main responsibilities:
Provide and support ML systems based on business requirements and objectives.
Establish technical designs to meet game’s needs.
Collaborate with the data science team, specialized programmers (gameplay, AI, etc.), the research team, and other stakeholders such as productions.
Develop, integrate, and maintain inference engines, libraries, and ML frameworks.
Leverage best hardware (NPU, GPU, CPU) to accelerate ML related computations
Develop systems that allow Gameplay programmers and Data scientist to easily track relevant data to train models
Develop systems to benchmark, evaluate and optimize model’s performance
Program in a clear and structured manner that is in keeping with performance, maintenance, modularity, scalability and compatibility requirements
Integrate and maintain ML systems in game engines and games.
Write unit tests and integration tests
Other responsibilities:
Creating proof of concepts, that can require model training, fine tuning, experimenting with different techniques and models.
Suggest improvements whenever necessary by designing and implementing new systems or enhancing existing ones
Conducting research to stay up to date with the latest advancements.
Documentation, presentations, and knowledge sharing to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical collaborators.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent. Master in Machine Learning is an asset.
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in AI/ML.
Core Skills:
In-depth knowledge of C++ required
Strong Architecture skills
A good hardware knowledge, to take advantage of multithreading, and optimize memory management.
Other Skills:
Proficient in Python is an asset.
Experience working with game engines is an asset.

• Community Management & Brand Sentiment: Respond to 95%+ of inquiries/comments within 24 hours while maintaining a 95%+ positive sentiment score.
• Traffic & Sales: Generate 10,000+ website visits per month and contribute to revenue growth through organic social strategies. Add shop category on our social pages so customers can easily shop.
This role does not focus on paid advertising. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with the performance marketing team, but their primary focus will be organic content creation, engagement, and creator partnerships.
Success Benchmarks (30-60-90 Days)
First 30 Days
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of all existing social media accounts.
- Identify quick wins and establish a content calendar.
- Learn the current SOP for content creation and fine tune it for scale.
- Partner with more content creators and get 5 new creators on board with products & scripts to start filming.
- Coordinate with video editor for final edits and schedule for posts on Metricool.
- Develop and execute the first round of high-engagement content.
First 60 Days
- Launch at minimum 20 videos per month with at least 10 getting over 5k views. Coordinate with the Influencer Team for repurposing content that is successful with our Brand Ambassadors.
- Implement a community-building initiative that increases UGC submissions.
- Establish relationships with 10+ content creators to test collaborations.
- Optimize response times and engagement strategies.
- Finish script writing, content delivery and posting schedule for the next 2 months.
- Research ideas, look at analytics and finish schedule for the next quarter. Ensure all videos are sourced with creators for filming to ensure schedule is planned ahead of time and the content arrives back in time.

- Drive a 10% increase in followers across all key platforms. With the goal to hit 50k new followers each month after first 90 days.

Analytics & Performance Optimization
• Analyze and report on weekly social media metrics to identify trends and adjust strategies.

Key Skills & Experience Required
