POSITION OVERVIEW :
Under the guidance of the IT Manager, or assigned designate, this position will assist in improving, monitoring and troubleshooting Albarrie’s business systems to ensure reliable performance. The position is also tasked with providing duties that include, but are not limited to, information gathering, technical document writing, testing, troubleshooting, and training of the ERP/CRM systems.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of ERP / CRM system administration and ERP maintenance.
- Experience working with JavaScript, PHP, SQL, HTML and Python.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools.
- Participate in the ongoing evaluation of Albarrie’s ERP, CRM, and other associated technologies.
- Prepare technological documents, SOPs, and work instructions, and maintains the master documents in a filing system that ensures retrieval when necessary.
- Review and troubleshoot ERP and CRM issues with various departments and assist in determining potential impact based on knowledge of the application.
- Provide input on corrective measures to be taken and provide clarification on technological requirements with external clients for associated systems.
- Plays a critical role in furthering Albarrie’s business systems infrastructure, utilizing advanced communication skills using software applications and knowledge of ERP systems.
- Participate in scheduling necessary upgrades, creating/modifying test methods as required, and maintaining maintenance schedule for in-house applications.
- Participate in the onboarding and programming of new system.
- Provide ‘helpdesk’ type for ‘Level 1 and 2’ escalated issues for the ERP, CRM and in-house applications systems.
- Administer security settings as they relate to ERP, CRM and in-house applications
- Participate in communication with IT suppliers for various items:
- Internal unresolvable issues/bugs/questions
- Set up of new users
- Billing questions
- Requests for modifications
- Screen/menu/XML document changes
- Development, deployment, and maintenance of custom reports using Visual Basic/SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Backup resource for other ERP superusers in various departments.
- Maintains complete knowledge of, and compiles with, company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.

ROLE: ERP BI REPORTING ANALYST
The successful candidates possess demonstrated experience in the following areas:
SKILLS (Mandatory):
- Understands data structures and data relationships.
- Has a combination of technical analysis and business analysis capabilities
- Understands accounting principles and financials
- Is able to translate technical terminology and structures into business terms
- Is able to determine business requirements for reports

EXPERIENCE (Mandatory):

- Has worked as either a systems or technical analyst for at least 6 months
- Has worked as a business analyst or performed business analysis for at least 1 year
- Provide insights to the leadership team on impact of strategic initiatives on key metrics and help them track progress towards goals
- Provide teams with ad-hoc analysis, automated reports and web-based dashboards, and self-service reporting tools to make access to data easy for decision makers across the organization
- Good understanding of data structures and pipelines. Experience with data instrumentation, interpretation and visualization tools.
- Exceptional SQL skills
SKILLS (Desired):
- Skilled with building and configuring workday reports
- Skilled with setting up adhoc reporting in workday
- Skilled with building Workday prisim analytics
- Skilled in modern data analytic platforms with trending and predictive analysis
- Degree designations (e.g., Bachelor of Science, Computing Science, MBA) and/or vendor technical certifications are desirable criteria for our selection.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Lead Business Analyst, ERP is an integral team member of Atlantic’s Transformation Management Office responsible for leveraging technology to revolutionize our core capabilities to maximize business outcomes. This role will join a growing team that will contribute to the digital delivery portfolio within Atlantic. Our technology projects underpin Atlantic’s digital strategy, which is focused on systems, data, and automation.
This role will ensure the successful, end-to-end delivery of the ERP transformation program through active enterprise engagement. The Lead Business Analyst, ERP will partner with the ERP Transformation Director to lead a team of Business Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts to execute the ERP deployment and will be responsible for execution of the ERP program plan, milestones, and deliverables to achieve service, quality, and timeliness of objectives.
As a Functional Lead, this role will be a lead and key facilitator within the project team and internal/external collaborators, leading business process development and automations, translating business needs to requirements, explaining technical concepts to non-technical users and acting as a bridge between the functional areas and the technical team.
Location: Scarborough, Ontario (currently hybrid )
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the Functional lead on the ERP project from conception to implementation.
- Partner with the ERP Transformation Director to lead business functional teams and project workstreams to ensure effective business transformation for all initiatives (roles, processes, organization) to drive the realization of identified business outcomes. Focus on process adoption, integration of new capabilities with ways of working, and drives associated systems usage. Ensure Business and IT is aware of key business changes and issues. Certify milestone and business outcomes accomplishments.
- Form strong, trust-based relationships with assigned business and functional leaders to ensure involvement and engagement in business / functional planning.
- Be involved and engaged proactively for consultation, challenge thinking, push back and escalate issues as needed, to be regarded as ‘Business IT Go-To’ person and Business strategic partner.
- Lead elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of business requirements and processes.
- Translate business requirements into a conceptual system design (including but not limited to business requirements document, high-level use cases, prototypes/mockups).
- Support the design, construction, and implementation phases by working closely with solution architects and/or 3rd. party systems integrators and reviewing design documents and ensuring requirements are met.
- Lead QA and testing strategy, creation of test plans and test cases to ensure requirements are met, coordinating, and supporting business functional teams and project workstreams on testing initiatives, and reviewing defects and working with teams to determine the priority of fix and/or manual work around.
- Lead change management and transition of projects to business-as-usual activities.
- Travel within North America will be required.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- University Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related major.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PBA).
- 10+ years’ experience leading ERP and ancillary technology implementations, preferably in Manufacturing.
- Experience in business analysis, including elicitation and management of business requirements.
- Extensive experience in business analysis, and implementing business process modelling and improvement, data modelling, prototyping, and systems integrations.
- Experience working with different delivery methodologies (i.e., Waterfall, Agile, SAFE), with a focus on agile and iterative value creation in a customer-centricity environment.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, MES, Supply Chain, and Financial Systems.
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance would be an asset.
- Ability to communicate fluently in French would be an asset.

The Opportunity:
As a key member of our Business Applications team, you will be our go-to person when it comes to our IT support.
As our ERP & General support specialist - you will be the primary first responder to helpdesk & ERP support requests, including triaging, prioritizing, and tracking each request through Nature’s Fare incident tracking system, Jira. This position is part of a small, collaborative team that works closely together on support-related tasks and projects. The volume of support requests is generally low to moderate, so other duties for the support analyst will include. You will perform:
ERP Support
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users experiencing issues with the ERP system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported problems, escalating issues to higher levels of support as necessary.
- Serve as a liaison between end-users and the ERP development team, conveying user feedback and enhancement requests.
- Assist with ERP system configurations, setups, and customizations as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials, to support end-users in utilizing the ERP system effectively.
- Conduct user training sessions to educate new users on ERP system functionalities and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems and support methodologies.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to ERP system implementations, integrations, and migrations.
General
- Imaging desktops/laptops with a standard image
- Deploying desktops/laptops to end users, providing a quick overview of any new features.
- Visiting stores periodically to ensure support needs are being met and to perform desktop maintenance
- Creating/modifying Active Directory profiles for new hires/terminations
- Creating/archiving Exchange mailboxes as needed, tracking any increase in Exchange CALS as needed
- Deploying/troubleshooting printers both remotely and on-site
- Troubleshooting till hardware, software, networked digi scales, and handheld Symbol scanners
- Participate in refining the systems monitoring platform (Solar Winds Network Performance Monitor) to ensure all critical systems are monitored effectively, making recommendations as needed
- Work with HR and store managers to ensure new hires and terminations are handled promptly and encompass all aspects such as forwarding inbound email and/or providing full access to a terminated employee’s mailbox for the designated staff member.
- Work with the Senior Systems Admin to diagnose any store WiFi issues (critical service) and suggest improvements
- Participate in project work such as:
- Head office server refresh (replace physical machines with new hosts with Hyper V)
- Active Directory cleanup and configuration
- Refine IT documentation and research tools to help increase efficiencies (IP management, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
