+ Vous avez au moins 10 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle ou en service client.
+ Vous avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience en service de paie.
+ Vous pouvez faire des heures supplémentaires lors des saisons de pointe.
+ Vous possédez de solides compétences en relation client, incluant la capacité d'influencer et de guider le client vers la meilleure solution afin de répondre à ses besoins.
+ Vous avez la capacité de repérer les risques liés aux projets et de travailler en partenariat proactif avec l'équipe pour les documenter et les atténuer.
