About the Role

Endeavour Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales ERP Consultant to join our growing team. This remote role is ideal for a professional who thrives in both pre-sales engagements and hands-on ERP implementations. You will play a key role in showcasing the value of SylogistGOV, our municipal ERP solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, while also contributing directly to successful client deployments.

This is a 50/50 split role between:
- Pre-Sales Consulting: Demonstrating product capabilities, crafting solution strategies, and supporting the sales cycle.
- Implementation Delivery: Leading client discovery, configuration, training, and post-go-live support.


Key Responsibilities


Pre-Sales (50%)

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor ERP demonstrations.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to municipal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and solution architecture.
  • Translate business requirements into functional ERP capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients during the evaluation process.


Implementation (50%)

  • Lead discovery sessions to analyze and document client requirements.
  • Configure and implement SylogistGOV and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Develop training materials and deliver end-user training.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV implementation, or another ERP solution including hands-on configuration and customization
  • Experience in both pre-sales and implementation roles preferred.
  • Strong understanding of municipal finance, accounting principles, and public sector operations is ideal.
  • CPA designation or equivalent experience is an asset.
  • Experience with SylogistGOV or other municipal ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with C-level and public sector audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel within North America occasionally

Reporting to the Implementation Manager of Professional Services, the primary responsibility of an Implementation Consultant is to nurture strong business-to-business client relationships, throughout the assigned project, leading to the successful software implementation of Multiview Financial Software, based on the clients contract specifications.

Multiview is looking to add team members like you with prior experience and knowledge in finance, accounting, payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, analysis, financial reporting and/or materials management. Together, we'll help our clients implement our software and best practice solutions so that they can stop chasing numbers and start using them.

The 'Implementation Consultants (IC) play a critical role in helping our clients with their software implementation after performing business analysis by design and troubleshooting, documenting project requirements, validating requirements and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to design proposals. The ICs work directly with clients and internal departments to ensure a successful implementation deliverable within the project scope and budget.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Work with new clients to assist them with the transitioning from a legacy financial system to Multiview Financial Software

  • Work collaboratively with Multiviews Implementation team, processes and methodologies in the development, management, and execution of client project plans
  • Perform strategic reviews with clients to understand their needs in terms of their financial reporting, internal processes, and finance software needs

  • Prepare project plans and work with new clients to define projects items and milestones

  • Work with existing clients on implementing new modules, new interfaces, or custom work

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts from project initiation to close; prepare project plans and work with new clients to define projects items and milestones

  • Support new clients in their go-live process, facilitate technical discussions, whiteboarding for project integrations and technical solutions
  • Record and manage project deliverables, risks, and actions
  • Provide regular implementation status reports to key stakeholders, highlighting critical issues and the overall status of the assigned project; investigating and making recommendations on issues that challenge scope boundaries
  • Maintain a detail-oriented view on client project plans, while exercising good interpersonal and organizational skills to develop strong client relationships
  • Prioritizing work and managing multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines; Track time to capture revenue adequately

  • Proactively communicate with clients and internal staff to manage enhancement requirements and escalations; support clients through all phases of the implementation as required
  • Deal with confidential data and adhere to applicable data protection acts


COMPETENCIES PORTFOLIO:

  • Client Service This role affects 100% of all clients who purchase Multiview Financial software. The position is responsible for the success of the clients understanding and utilization of Multiview.
  • Technical Skills Strong in-depth knowledge of the ERP products and accounting is required to perform the role competently. The incumbent must be comfortable using the technology and be able to explain it to others. This level of expertise is gained through extensive on-the-job experience.
  • Problem-solving Proactive in anticipating and resolving problems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to meet the requirements of the project are required
  • Interpersonal Skills Ability to effectively coach, communicate and work with various team members both internally and externally. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Organization Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure a smooth client support experience and operational excellence
  • Teamwork works with multiple teams cross-functionally, and must know how to effectively address the needs of each team while always keeping the clients outcomes as the primary objective

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:


  • University Degree or College Diploma with a major in Accounting or relevant experience

  • 2-4 yrs. Experience as implementation consultant preferably in the Financials/Enterprise Software space

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of accounting and finance
  • Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Strong aptitude for technology prior experience in the Financials/ Enterprise Software space preferred
  • Passion for client success
  • Excellent training, communication (verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills in a client facing role
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment

Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, the Implementation Consultant is highly detail-oriented, an expert in translating business requirements into solution configuration, and an expert communicator and presenter. You will work on confirming customer requirements and translating them into an effective process within the Clariti Solution. You will work with a team of both Clariti and System Integrator (SI) partner resources dedicated to successful project implementations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be comfortable and confident in navigating and configuring our solution and demonstrating proof-of-concept and final solution deliverables to Clariti, partner, and customer audiences. You will play a pivotal role in delivering our solution implementations by leveraging your expertise in the Clariti solution and the various implementation methodologies.

As an Implementation Consultant at Clariti, you'll get to :
  • Perform business assessments to identify and document client requirements regarding Clariti Software products and functionality to ensure efficient software solutions for the client's needs.
  • Identify and document business/technical requirement specifications for specific software design/development, forms, reports, interfaces, processes, and other relevant changes using Clariti best practices.
  • Utilize knowledge of the Salesforce platform to propose solutions to business and technical problems in a way that are complimentary to the Clariti solution.
  • Leverage expert knowledge of the Clariti solution to propose solutions to customer business requirements.
  • Expertly communicate and negotiate with customers, partners, and internal Clariti teams in a consultative manner to arrive at technical solutions to customer business requirements, validating alignment of those solutions to Clariti's best practices and project scope.
  • Support the SI partner and/or Clariti teams to deliver capabilities using the Clariti solution and Salesforce platform.
  • You will serve as the Clariti software expert for one or more clients.
  • Expertly communicate with customers, partners, and internal Clariti teams to overcome challenges and ensure the achievement of design objectives.
  • Leverage SDLC, Salesforce, and Clariti knowledge to support customers, partners, and Clariti teams during all phases of implementation projects.
  • Work collaboratively with all project team members and stakeholders.
  • Contribute positively to Clariti teams, tools, processes, and mechanisms to enhance the organization's ability to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.
