We are seeking a Director – ERP Project to lead the successful implementation of a large-scale, enterprise-wide ERP system. This temporary full-time role involves overseeing a multi-million-dollar transformation project , covering the full lifecycle—from planning and vendor selection through design, development, testing, go-live, and optimization.
The ideal candidate will have extensive ERP implementation experience (Finance, Procurement, HR modules) and a proven ability to manage diverse teams, complex interdependencies, and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation, ensuring seamless integration of Finance, Procurement, and HR systems.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, and KPIs.
- Oversee governance, reporting, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal leaders to define requirements and ensure business needs are met.
- Manage vendor relationships, consultants, and third-party partners.
- Deliver regular executive updates, escalating risks and recommending solutions.
Project Delivery & Execution
- Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and project milestones.
- Ensure quality assurance, testing, and technical integration (data migration, system configuration).
- Drive user adoption through training programs and support models.
Risk & Change Management
- Anticipate and mitigate risks across technical and organizational domains.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure cultural and operational adoption.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and manage a cross-functional project team.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance across teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, policy, and governance standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s or PMP certification preferred.
- Proven leadership in large-scale ERP implementations (Finance, Procurement, HR).
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday.
- Strong background in managing multi-million-dollar budgets and delivering projects on-time and on-scope.
- Expertise in Agile/Waterfall methodologies and tools (MS Project, JIRA).
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving transformation and building consensus across diverse teams.
- Experience in municipal/government operations is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities:
As a project coordinator support, you will play a central role in the success of our clients' projects. You will be responsible for supporting project managers in all phases, from planning to closure, ensuring the monitoring of timelines, budgets, and resources. You will keep essential documentation up to date and contribute to the development and implementation of PMO methodologies and standards, ensuring that projects comply with the company's governance policies.
You will facilitate communication between different stakeholders and organize follow-up meetings to ensure a good flow of information. You will prepare progress reports, analyze project performance data, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. In summary, you will be a strategic pillar, ensuring the efficiency and compliance of projects while supporting project managers in achieving their goals.
