Sous la responsabilit du directeur informatique du groupe, le responsable ERP sera en charge de l'volution, du support et de la maintenance de l'ERP Business Central/Navision l'chelle mondiale.
Le/la candidat/e supervisera une quipe de spcialistes BC/Nav bass Montral et dans la rgion Asie-Pacifique.
Il/elle agira en tant que conseiller fonctionnel pour l'entreprise et sera responsable de l'volution et de la maintenance de l'ERP pour le service informatique.
Le premier objectif de cette personne sera de diriger l'quipe ERP dans la transition de 5 installations BC & Navision diffrentes travers le monde vers un seul tenant Cloud (SaaS) avec plusieurs instances.
Au fil des ans, il/elle contribuera une ventuelle migration de BC vers une solution ERP SAP core.

Reporting to the Group CIO, the ERP Manager will be responsible for the evolution, support and maintenance of the Business Central/Navision ERP globally.

The candidate will be supervising a team of BC/Nav specialists located in Montral and in the Asia/Pacific region.

He/She will act as a functional advisor for the business and the leader of the ERP evolution and maintenance for IT.

The first objective of this person will be to lead the ERP team through the transition of 5 different BC & Navision installations around the world into one Cloud (SaaS) tenant with multiple instances.

Over the years, help in a possible migration from BC to an SAP core ERP solution.

Main responsibilities

• Supporting BC and Navision in one Cloud tenant with multiple instances
• Translate Business process in ERP functions, leading to configuration, development and testing of core Business Central Apps
• Convert business needs to technical specifications and design documents
• Integration of ERP modules and diverse Applications into Business Central
• Train, Implement, and Support customizations in BC
• Ensure BC is well supported for all users worldwide
• Coach end-users on how to use Microsoft Business Central

THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Project Manager, ERP is an integral team member of Atlantic’s Transformation Management Office responsible for leveraging technology to revolutionize our core capabilities to maximize business outcomes. This role will join a growing team that will contribute to the digital delivery portfolio within Atlantic. Our technology projects underpin Atlantic’s digital strategy, which is focused on systems, data, and automation.

This role will ensure the successful, end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within the ERP transformation program through active enterprise engagement. The Project Manager, ERP will partner with the ERP Transformation Director to lead project teams to execute the ERP deployment and will be accountable for ensuring that projects are chartered, governed, planned and executed within agreed scope, cost, schedule, and quality.

As a Project Lead, this role will lead the execution of the ERP strategy, provide project and change management leadership throughout the project lifecycle, and ensure projects deliver desired outcomes, interdependencies are recognized and managed, and decisions made on projects are in the best interests of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the delivery of multiple concurrent projects within the ERP transformation program.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Technology Project Manager (ERP) is responsible for leading ERP-related projects, including new module implementations and process standardization, across our North American distribution business units. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, ERP systems, and change management to align local needs with the organization's core model.

Responsibilities
