Position Summary:
The ERP & MES Analyst is responsible for identifying and analyzing business needs across departments to create requirement blueprints. This role involves defining scope and objectives for integration with business processes, data, systems, and IT infrastructure. The analyst will recommend and implement ERP and MES solutions, validate specifications with stakeholders, and provide training and ongoing support.
Required:
- Completion of a university degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience.
- 3–4 years of ERP and MES experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Background in project management, programming, or IT infrastructure is an asset.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with manufacturing software (e.g., MES, WMS, MRP, ERP).
- Experience with Intermec label printers and Honeywell scanners.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and customers.
Preferred:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Analyze, implement, and provide tier 1 support for ERP and MES software.

Working Conditions and Effort:

+ ERP Platform capacity planning & system tuning: Conduct detailed capacity planning, ensuring systems scale with evolving business needs. Perform system performance tuning and bottleneck analysis across application layers, databases, and infrastructure components.
+ ERP Platform incident & operational support: Provide expert-level support for critical incidents affecting core SAP systems. Partner with platform, infrastructure, and operations teams to maintain high system uptime and rapid issue resolution.
+ Application reliability & performance tuning: Monitor and enhance the reliability, performance, and scalability of SAP systems from a cross-application perspective. Ensure availability and continuity management at the application level across all integrated SAP landscapes. + Collaboration with development Teams: Work closely with SAP developers and application specialists to co-design reliable, scalable, and maintainable SAP solutions. Identify and help eliminate technical debt through architectural and code-level improvements.

What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions?
The Director, Business Systems is a strategic leader, responsible for the evolution, and management of information systems critical to business performance and growth. This key role includes defining and implementing the business systems technology roadmap, managing existing systems, and identifying, evaluating and deploying new solutions. The Director, Business Systems makes informed recommendations to optimize operational efficiency, enrich client experience, and improve data-driven decision-making. As an agent of change, they will inspire their team, and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve the organization's strategic objectives.
How will your contributions be showcased?
Key responsibilities:
Strategic leadership and roadmap management: Define and communicate the evolution of business systems so that they are aligned with corporate objectives. Develop and manage the roadmap for systems improvement projects and initiatives.
Project management and implementation: Direct the evolution of the D365 CRM, from planning, to deployment, and adoption, ensuring alignment with user needs and strategic objectives. Manage other business systems' implementation and improvement projects (ERP, BI, etc.).
Systems optimization and evolution : Oversee the continuous improvement and evolution of global business systems (CRM, ERP, BI and others), while actively supporting business functions (marketing, sales, customer service, finance, accounting, operations, etc.). Identify and evaluate new technologies and solutions to optimize processes.
Operational efficiency and business intelligence: Implement best practices and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency, guarantee system performance and reliability, and ensure timely, and relevant access to data (BI, analytics) to support growth, and strategic decision-making.
Intake of requirements and systems configuration: Work closely with business teams to take their needs into consideration, in order to provide clear and achievable system requirements. Oversee and participate in system configuration, and work effectively with implementation partners to deliver expected functionality.
Training and adoption of change management: Design, run testing, and deliver training workshops for users. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, and effective training materials to foster end-user adoption, improve productivity and promote autonomy. Implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to the new environment.
Systems support and maintenance: Ensure quality day-to-day support for users of CRM, ERP and other business-critical systems,effectively mobilizing internal resources, and external partners to resolve problems, and ensure business continuity.
Partner relationship management: Select, negotiate and manage relationships with external suppliers, and partners (integrators, consultants, etc.), ensuring quality of services and compliance with agreements.
People management and team leadership:
- Foster team engagement and development: Inspire and maintain a high level of commitment within the team through mentoring, offering development opportunities (task rotation, challenging projects), and balanced workload management.
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication: Actively promote and improve collaboration with cross-functional teams, both within the IT department and with other departments within the company. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including company leadership.
- Performance and objectives management: Establish clear and measurable performance objectives for team members, ensure regular follow-up, provide constructive feedback and support their success in alignment with the company's mission and objectives.
- Coaching and professional growth: Coach and guide team members in their professional and personal development, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement and providing opportunities for growth.
What you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field. Master's degree is an asset.
- Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in team management, with demonstrated experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Minimum of 10 years significant experience in implementation, optimization and management of complex business systems (CRM, ERP, BI, etc.). In-depth experience of Microsoft business solutions is a major asset (e.g. CRM, ERP).
- Solid experience in IT project management, including planning, execution, monitoring and risk management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, end-users and senior management. Strong ability to influence and negotiate at executive level.
- Significant experience in managing relationships with external partners and technology solution providers.
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in business systems management, enterprise architecture and information security.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
- Transformational leadership with the ability to inspire change and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
