**Accountabilities:**
+ Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the Branch
+ Coach and develop employees to proactively identify client product and services needs and deliver on the business sales, advice strategies and individual goals
+ Lead the recruitment and selection process for all support staff hires to ensure a highly diverse, qualified workforce to achieve business objectives
+ Assist with training new branch support staff and coordinate ongoing training initiatives for existing branch staff
+ Promote a fair and inclusive environment that supports a diverse workforce and encourage the team to achieve common goals and objectives
+ Contribute to the process of setting performance objectives for the team; track, monitor and effectively address and/or reward performance in a timely manner
+ Actively participate and contribute in national MCS Conference Calls, National and Regional Calls, providing input and feedback as required
+ Contribute to operational improvements and coordinate the implementation of new policies & procedures intended to improve the quality of the client experience
+ Remain abreast of client feedback on service quality and coach the team towards preventing issues and improving the client experience
+ Provide leadership for all national and branch projects and initiatives
+ Lead change management initiatives, together with Branch Management, to ensure implementation is smooth and adoption is early

**Skills Required:**
+ 7+ years of related people manager experience

The Financial Analyst monitors all financial aspects of contracts which include project set-up, budget changes and revenue recognition. Prepare and issue sales invoices to customer and follow up on accounts receivables. Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts, financial reports and variance analysis reports.

**Your Day to Day:**
+ **Projects and Sales Orders**
+ Responsible for Fixed Price and Time and Material Projects or Sales Orders
+ Determine contract Revenue Recognition per ASC605-35.
+ Set up and maintain projects in SAP & Timberline, Upload Project Structures and Budgets to SAP.
+ Prepare scope change or CCN's for contract changes (sell price and budget changes).
+ Monitor budget, costs and cash flow; budget vs. actuals.
+ Complete month end accruals for revenue recognition or other project accruals that are required.
+ Review month end revenue recognition results for projects and sales orders.
+ Prepare monthly project variance reports.
+ **Customer Invoicing**
+ Work with Project Managers to issue milestone billings.
+ Work with Project Administers, review Cost reports and prepare sales invoices for customer Time and Material billings. Reconcile material information in SAP and gather applicable invoice backup required for the customer.
+ **Forecasting**
+ Monthly forecast for backlog projects, including booking, revenue, budget, actual cost, gross profit, billings, receipts as well as treasury cash forecast.
+ Work with Project Managers and Project Controls to forecast backlog projects.
+ Enter quarterly forecast in BPC and ensure the forecast is balanced in BPC. The forecast is completed for all assigned backlog projects, sales orders as well as New Business Projects.
+ **Meeting Preparation**
+ Prepare documents for internal cost review meeting as follows; contract profit statement, risk and opportunity list, CCN reports, billing schedule, cash flow, aged accounts receivable.
+ Work with Project Manager to complete Risk and Opportunity list.
+ Provide documents for internal monthly reviews, i.e. project review meetings.
+ **Additional Activities/Special Requests**
+ Provide information to internal and external auditors.

**Required Qualifications:**

**Financial Analyst, Supply Chain**

Reporting to the Manager of Supply Chain Finance in Canada and working in partnership with the financial analysts in this group and internationally, this position is a key member of the Finance team, actively participates in the budgeting process and financial analysis, focusing on costs related to ingredients, materials, and co-packaging.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**Strategic Responsibilities 25%**
+ Act as the primary business partner for the Procurement team in Canada.
+ Act as a Liaison for KDP Canada Cost information with Multiple KDP partners around the world (Finance Team in the US, Ireland, Switzerland, Mexico & Others)
+ Actively collaborate with the rest of the Supply Chain finance organization in Canada
+ Support financial analysts by providing information on raw material and co-packaging costs for the introduction of new products.
+ Contributes to the analysis of key initiatives related to raw material and co-packaging costs.
+ Provide forecasts on expected raw material expenses and on variances observed during the budget and at each forecasting cycle.
+ Communicate risks and opportunities related to forecasts to the senior manager.
+ Understand KDP's coffee hedging operations
+ Gain a solid understanding of Keurig and Dr Pepper's raw material costs to effectively model and analyze supply costs.
**Operational Responsibilities 75%**
+ Support the annual standard cost calculation process by assessing the reasonableness of raw material and co-manufacturer cost data provided by the Procurement team.
+ Analyze cost variances by raw material category compared to previous years, as part of forecasting and budgeting.
+ Analyze the cost of raw materials received in stock on a weekly basis and track the difference between the purchase price and the standard cost and provide comments on the main differences.
+ Using information provided by the Finance team's business partners in Switzerland, develop reports and dashboards that facilitate the calculation of the actual and projected cost of green coffee.
+ Maintain bill of materials explosion databases and estimate raw material consumption and expenses during the budget and each forecast cycle.
+ Maintain data on expenses by supplier and purchases in foreign currencies, as well as other databases.
+ Collaborate with the Accounting team to estimate the journal entries required at the end of the month to reflect the exact cost of raw materials, including incoming freight and co-packing costs.
+ Support the collection of information for the calculation of the stewardship report by province and ensure that the monthly stewardship cost is correctly reflected in the accounts.
+ Participate in tasks related to monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
+ Prepare monthly presentations and distribute them to the necessary business partners.
+ Help respond to ad hoc requests and inquiries from our Canadian and US business partners.
**Requirements:**
**QUALIFICATIONS** :
+ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other relevant fields.
+ CPA/CFA designation an asset.
+ 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in Supply Chain.
