LE RÔLEEn tant qu’associée ou associé aux ventes, vous offrirez des services de détail à une clientèle particulière - les membres des Forces armées canadiennes (FAC). Ce faisant, vous aiderez votre communauté. Vous pourriez être appelé à offrir divers services, notamment des services de détail réguliers, de nettoyage à sec, de loterie, de poste d’essence libre-service et des services postaux, ainsi qu’à aider les membres des FAC à présenter une demande de plan de crédit. Vous utiliserez le système de point de vente et le terminal de cartes de débit et de cartes de crédit, et vous tiendrez un fonds de caisse.
La ou le titulaire du poste répond aux demandes de renseignements des clients au sujet de la marchandise et s’assure que les étagères du magasin sont remplies, que la marchandise est placée de face et que les bonnes affiches sont utilisées. Vous pourriez prendre et préparer des commandes de nourriture et de boissons, préparer des plats à emporter et assurer la propreté des aires de restauration.

Our client, a major oil and gas producer, is looking for an experienced field-based Materials Management/ Warehouse coordinator to support field operations and maintenance teams located in the Fort St John area. The selected individual will contribute, participate and provide recommendations for the foundational implementation of an operations and maintenance focused materials management program. The role will be stationed in a warehouse setting and will require occasional travel to other material staging sites within the region. The role is currently a 12-month contract position with the potential for conversion to Full-time company employee status in the future. Candidates must be local to the Fort St John area as no camp or accommodations will be provided.
Key accountabilities
- Works closely with Supply Chain, Operations and Maintenance personnel to prepare, execute and follow material receipts, storage, staging, deliveries, and disposition of materials and equipment
- Identifies opportunities and develops potential solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency for materials management and logistics supporting Company’s operations and maintenance teams.
- Coordinates scheduling of materials and equipment based on lead times and delivery dates.
- Provide updates for material status and open purchase orders, including expediting, tracking and returns with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Maintains integrity and accuracy of physical inventories for controlled warehouse facilities.
- Responsible for year-end physical inventory counts on controlled materials, as well as daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining a controlled warehouse operation with strong emphasis on personnel safety, and security for all secured/controlled materials and equipment
Requirements and Preferred Skills
- A seasoned materials and warehousing coordinator with at least 5 years of relevant experience (associated parts and equipment) preferably in the upstream oil and gas industry
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management for equipment and parts in support of planned maintenance comprising of supporting mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, rotating, piping, material consumables and other categories.
- Strong communication skills with various internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Preferred post-secondary education ideally with a Technical Diploma associated in Upstream Oil&Gas operations or Supply Chain/Materials Management.
- Strong understanding and use of integrated systems supporting material requirements (inventory, logistics, receiving and shipping)
- Certificates in Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG), Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS), Provincial First Aid and a valid motor vehicle driver’s license abstract.
- Physically capable of lifting materials and products up to 50 pounds.
- Commitment to working in a field setting with company paid accommodations while on shift.
- Work shift schedule is currently planned as 5 days on/2 days off which may be amended in the future.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Specialist with a strong background in Mining Process Engineering to lead the development of intelligent solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. As the first AI/ML hire on the team , this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the data strategy and build foundational models that support business and engineering stakeholders on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply AI and Machine Learning techniques to mining process data to uncover insights, optimize operations, and support strategic decisions.
- Work closely with on-site stakeholders to understand business processes and translate operational challenges into data-driven solutions.
- Develop and deploy hands-on models and algorithms tailored to mining workflows, asset performance, and production optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with operational goals.
- Serve as the technical lead for AI/ML initiatives, laying the groundwork for future team expansion and capability development.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in AI/ML , with a strong focus on industrial or engineering applications.
- Mining Process Engineering background is a must.
- Deep understanding of business processes within mining or oil & gas operations.
- Strong hands-on skills in data modeling, algorithm development , and working with real-world operational datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially in on-site environments.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership as the first AI/ML expert on the team.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Confined Space Attendant & Firewatch to join our team for upcoming shutdowns in the Canadian oil and gas sector. This safety-critical role involves monitoring confined space activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and serving as firewatch to prevent and respond to fire hazards. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining a safe and secure work environment during high-risk shutdown activities.
Key Responsibilities
Confined Space Monitoring: Control and monitor confined space entry/exit, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
Firewatch Duties: Maintain vigilance in hot work areas, respond to potential fire hazards, and alert emergency services if required.
Emergency Response: Support rescue operations in confined spaces, prioritizing the safety of all personnel.
Communication: Provide clear, continuous updates to workers and supervisors on risks and safety concerns.
Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain safety and emergency equipment to ensure readiness.
Documentation: Complete accurate safety logs, incident reports, and compliance records.
Required Qualifications
Valid certifications: Fall Arrest, H2S Alive, Standard First Aid, CPR, Confined Space Entry, and Rescue.
Demonstrated experience in confined space monitoring and firewatch duties (oil and gas experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and emergency protocols.
Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting equipment and supporting rescues.
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and safety reporting.

The Role
The Engagement Manager is responsible for ensuring the consistent application of project management discipline and practices from initiation through project completion and close-out. The Engagement Manager manages assigned projects typically ranging from $50K- 3MM and is responsible for the successful delivery of all tactical and strategic aspects of a project. The Engagement Manager is also responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing additional opportunities which enhance our customers experience.

- Quality Giveaway Reduction(Blend planning, scheduling & execution)
- Hydrocarbon Loss Control & Measurement Assurance(Volume expansion and mass balance)
- Energy Intensity Enhancement(Consumption, exchanger, fuel sources & process engineering)
- Value Chain & Supply Optimization(Linear Programming, sensitivity analyses, unit mass balance, density reconciliation, preventative maintenance & continuous improvement)
Travel/ Visa & Other Requirements
Travel to client sites is a requirement of this role. Candidates must have a flexible travel schedule and be willing to commit to 50 to 100% travel. The Engagement Manager may be assigned to work with Trindent clients anywhere in the world and must be able to qualify for a TN Visa. Successful candidates must be Canadian / US passport holders.
Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check as part of the application process.
To access client locations, the Engagement Manager will undergo scheduled and random testing administered through the North American Substance Abuse Program (NASAP) for drugs of abuse.
Responsibilities
- Develop/review project proposals and plans to determine timeframe, staffing requirements and resource allocation, project structure and implementation strategies and collaborate with Project Leadership to identify and mitigate project risks
- Confer with project staff to outline work plans and to assign responsibilities and workstream scope and actively review status reports and modify schedules or plans as necessary
- Deliver project status reports to management, clients and/or other necessary stakeholders
- Establish and maintain effective client engagement with client project team
- Effectively manage conflicts and ensure timely resolution of issues that could affect project success
- Actively monitor the delivery of project milestones and sustainable results to ensure that results are delivered on-time-in-full and within budget
- Participate in delivery of training programs and act as a mentor and coach for Operations professionals by providing performance feedback and support of their development plans
- Participate in or lead internal improvement initiatives as required and ensure team compliance to all internal policies and procedures
- Perform other responsibilities as necessary
Do you have the skills to be successful in this role?
- An MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree, or a bachelors degree and relevant work experience in the Oil & Gas, Refinery or associated Energy industries.
- A minimum of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
- Proven experience in operations management consulting required.
- Extensive experience of successfully managing workstreams.
- Proven Value Chain Optimization experience.
- Extensive experience in project management processes and methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience in continuous process improvement.
- Advanced proficiency in and knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (An Excel test is a standard part of our assessment process).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to remain flexible and to successfully adapt to a variety of working environments, and be able to engage and motivate individuals within all levels of an organization.
- Availability to travel up to 100% of the time.
