We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in the Oromocto area for applicants that have their own means of transportation to & from the job sites, various locations.
Hours would be approximately:
Sundays 12:00pm 8:30pm (2 locations)
Mondays 5:30pm 11:00pm (1 location)
Tuesdays 5:30pm 11:00pm (1 location)
Wednesdays 5:30pm 2:00am (2 locations)
Thursdays 5:30pm 1:00am (2 locations)
35.5 hours per week
The above hours require the successful candidate to drive to each site (Note: you are not required to carry anything with you as all materials is at each site) Locations above are in the Oromocto & Lincoln industrial park areas.
The successful candidates are required to have the following:
- Have a valid drivers license.
- Be flexible with start/finish times, able to adapt with short notice.
- Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
- Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
- Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
- Able to work independently & around people
- A clean criminal record: and be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.
- Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.
- Able to communicate in English both verbally and reading.
- Be able to work various locations throughout the city
- Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames
