This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring both business and technology stakeholders understand priorities, stay aligned, and collaborate towards shared goals. Reporting into the Lead, Planning & Execution and working closely with cross-functional teams, youu2019ll craft compelling narratives, lead multi-channel communication efforts, and deliver initiatives that foster a connected, high-performing, and inclusive culture.

Strategic Communication & Engagement
Develop and deliver clear, audience-focused communication plans and content that articulate the technology strategy, priorities, and progress.
Craft engaging messaging across internal platforms, ensuring consistency with the organizationu2019s brand and voice.
Design and execute initiatives to foster understanding and collaboration across technology teams (Tech Ops, Tech Solutions, Cyber, Analytics, Data, Road mapping) and with business stakeholders.
Communicate the technology agenda at internal and external forums using impactful presentations and supporting resources tailored to the audience.
Manage an editorial calendar to ensure communication is timely, strategic, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Stakeholder Alignment & Execution Support
Facilitate shared understanding of strategic, operational, and cultural goals across cross-functional.
Track key technology initiatives, providing stakeholders with regular updates on progress, outcomes, and business impact.
Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and briefing materials highlighting achievements, change management, risks, and opportunities.
Confidently engage with senior leaders and guide conversations to achieve alignment on priorities and outcomes.
Culture Building & Change Enablement
Contribute to a resilient, inclusive, and high-performing culture through meaningful events, campaigns, and initiatives.
Support communication strategies that enable cultural change and encourage adoption of new behaviours aligned with transformation efforts.

What you have to offer:
Bacheloru2019s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Communications, or a related field.

- Scan external environments and emerging trends for disruptive business opportunities
- Develop and support integration strategies that maximize synergies and support post acquisition value realization prior to operational hand over
- Build strategic partnerships to accelerate investments
- Lead the development of business cases for subsectors, strategic partnerships, or innovation led ventures to support growth acceleration

Job Title: Execution Analyst / Logistics Coordinator

Two shifts are available right now, Night shift and early morning shift-must drive because of the shift timing.

Overview:

As an Execution Analyst / Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in proactively monitoring outbound store deliveries across Canada. This position ensures outstanding customer service to stores and transportation partners through call centre support. You will respond to any delivery disruptions, collaborate with internal dispatch teams, stores, and carriers, and help implement revised delivery plans as needed. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of delivery data across various tracking systems used internally and externally.

This team operates 24/7, offering a wide variety of shifts. Flexibility is essential to accommodate changing or temporary business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff the visibility phone queue and provide exceptional support to stores, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively monitor and manage load status to identify, resolve, and communicate delivery delays or issues.
  • Ensure data accuracy within transportation tracking systems (e.g., JDA, Insight).
  • Deliver real-time operational updates to management and other internal teams as needed.
  • Support business process and system improvements by identifying issues, recommending solutions, and assisting with implementation.
  • Conduct analysis on operational topics, presenting findings, key insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and composed demeanor under pressure.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and quality support.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using PCs and learning multiple systems and applications.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends as required.

Assets:

  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role.
  • Background in dispatch or transportation logistics.
  • Familiarity with transportation systems such as JDA and Insight.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Knowledge of Canadian transportation regulations, including Hours of Work Legislation, TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods), and the Highway Traffic Act.
  • Strong geographic knowledge of Canada.
  • Understanding of intermodal operations, including CN and CP rail networks.

  • Successful completion of reference checks and a criminal background check is required for this position.

The **Senior Director, Strategy and Execution** plays a critical role in supporting and advancing enterprise level initiatives, uncovering new growth opportunities and driving the successful implementation of strategic priorities.

- Identify and evaluate new business models, revenue streams and market expansion opportunities aligned with organizational strategy and in support of the CSO.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing sectors and in new markets to expand reach and increase market share
- Lead market assessments and feasibility studies to validate opportunities in adjacent sectors or untapped customer segments
- Lead pre identification due diligence assessments including commercial, operational and cultural fit assessments
- Manage a dynamic pipeline of growth initiatives, acquisitions and strategic investments, including the development of execution roadmaps
- Scan external environments and emerging trends for disruptive business opportunities
- Develop and support integration strategies that maximize synergies and support post acquisition value realization prior to operational hand over
- Build strategic partnerships to accelerate investments
- Lead the development of business cases for subsectors, strategic partnerships, or innovation led ventures to support growth acceleration
- Facilitate seamless alignment between strategic planning and operational execution to ensure strategies are actionable and results driven.
- Develop strategic business plans, robust financial models and scenario analyses to assess new business opportunities and inform investment decisions
- Build proformas, valuation models and all supporting financial documentation required to evaluate potential opportunities
- Implement governance and processes for new business and retention opportunities
- Taking a leadership role with existing and new clients as needed
