The responsibilities of the Account Service Professional will be to manage the customer service aspects of our highest
volume Accounts. This individual will analyze customer fill rates and independently problem solve for delayed product.
They will communicate and partner with the sales team and buyers for the accounts to determine the right action plan for
UA and the customers regarding their orders. They will run SAP & BW reports to determine allocation fill rates, future fill
rates and system release dates so that the warehouse has sufficient time to pack orders within the customers' requested
windows.
**Your Impact**
- Daily customer order bank management for UA's highest volume Accounts
- Analyzing account fill rates and actively problem solving for delayed product
- Running SAP & BW reports to determine current fill rates, future fill rates and system release dates so that the
warehouse has sufficient time to pack orders within the customers requested window
- Provide detailed allocation reports and updates to account managers and customers regarding their orders
and be able to answer any questions in regards to reporting
- Independently take action on various company reports (i.e. Daily Snapshot, Late WIP, Fill Rate Report, ATP)
- Partner with sales to determine the right action plan for Under Armour and the customer regarding their orders
and shipments
- Aid in the development/improvements of procedures, reports & processes
- Respond to customers inquiries regarding orders, shipments, products, VAS requirements and pricing
- Service all inside and outside calls promptly and with enthusiasm
- Process sales orders via fax, email, telephone or electronically and confirm all orders received and
troubleshoot any issues
- Coordinate salesman samples and follow the trucking/shipping schedules to communicate to Account
Managers
- Understand the product line
- Maintain account(s) profile by ensuring vendor compliance. This could include special packaging, SMU's,
ticketing, musical size runs, shortages, lateness, direct ships, etc.
- Manage account dashboards to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Ensure a working knowledge of entire order cycle and have the ability to identify any gaps or process
improvements
- Works cross functionally with the Supply Chain, DH, IT, Accounting and Production Teams to coordinate
and ensure delivery by specified dates. If specified delivery dates are not met, needs to take action and
expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments to satisfy customers.

**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:**
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of related customer service
- Professional written and oral communication demonstrating a courteous demeanor and desire
to assist the customer and internal departments
- Working experience with MS Office including Excel's basic formulas such as adding and
subtracting columns
- Fluency in French and English, written and verbal, is an asset

The Overnight (awake) Direct Support Professional provides hygiene support and daily living support for all residents. The position entails cleaning, food preparation, room safety checks, and some clerical duties (ie, filing).

Required Education:

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Direct Support Professional provides on-site, client-centered programming. Staff are responsible for assisting the residents in the participation of Life Skills Training, Personal and Self-Help Training, Arts & Crafts, Recreation and Leisure, as well as Educational Programs in various subject areas, all with the goal of promoting self-efficacy, autonomy and self-esteem for the residents. Community integration is also a focus of the program.

Direct Support Professionals are responsible for creating and implementing therapeutic, purposeful programming with an emphasis on life skills and personal development, as well as client advocacy, both within and outside the agency. Direct Support Professionals need to be familiar with and adhere to the organization's core values and mission statement, and must participate in the agency's training and workshops. The Overnight (awake) Direct Support Professional provides hygiene support and daily living support for all residents. The position entails cleaning, food preparation, room safety checks, and some clerical duties (ie, filing).

Nous recherchons un ingénieur qui s’épanouit à l’intersection de l’intégration, de la fiabilité et du succès client. Vous travaillerez directement avec de grands partenaires mondiaux — des fournisseurs télécoms aux hyperscalers — afin de garantir que la plateforme et les API d’Aduna soient intégrées sans difficulté, fonctionnent de manière fiable et évoluent en toute sécurité.

Ce rôle est idéal si vous aimez résoudre des défis techniques complexes, travailler concrètement avec des technologies cloud-native et voir votre travail avoir un impact direct sur la façon dont des millions de personnes se connectent chaque jour.


Vos responsabilités

  • Intégrer & Livrer : Connecter la plateforme d’Aduna avec des opérateurs télécoms mondiaux, des fournisseurs CPaaS et des hyperscalers.
  • Dépanner & Résoudre : Plonger dans les problèmes d’API et de plateforme, guider les clients dans leurs défis d’intégration.
  • Déployer & Faire évoluer : Configurer, tester et exploiter des services cloud-native sur Azure, AWS ou GCP.
  • Assurer la fiabilité : Surveiller, corriger et améliorer les systèmes pour garantir leur stabilité, leur sécurité et leur haute disponibilité.
  • Collaborer & Soutenir : Travailler directement avec les fournisseurs et clients, diriger des discussions techniques et participer à une rotation d’astreinte (environ une fois toutes les 4 semaines).
  • Standardiser & Partager : Créer des playbooks, runbooks et documentations afin d’améliorer la qualité des intégrations et des opérations.


Votre profil

  • 3+ années d’expérience en intégration de systèmes ou en opérations cloud .
  • Solide expérience en intégration et en tests de systèmes .
  • Maîtrise pratique de Kubernetes , Helm et Terraform (FluxCD est un atout).
  • Compétences en automatisation / scripting (Python, Shell, etc.).
  • Expérience en déploiement et dépannage d’applications cloud-native .
  • Familiarité avec les outils d’observabilité (Grafana, ELK, Thanos, etc.).
  • Sensibilité à la sécurité et expérience de gestion de données sensibles.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication et esprit collaboratif orienté résolution de problèmes.
  • Bonus : Connaissance des pratiques SRE.
