About the Role
Reviews and adjudicates all export, re-export, transfer, re-transfer requests to ensure compliance with federal export control regulations and to support international business initiatives, including customer shipments, repair and maintenance, and sourcing and development relationships with foreign entities. Reviews authorizations and shipment details to ensure compliance with provisos and effective agreement management and provides guidance to stakeholders to facilitate timely release of pending shipments. Analyzes business initiatives per regulatory requirements and advises divisional management on compliant execution of activities. Conducts training sessions for employees and assists in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal regulations. Primary Responsibilities
· Monitors and reviews blocked shipments in ERP system to ensure compliance with export control regulations (EIPA/ITAR/EAR).
· Validates shipment details against permit/license scope and terms and conditions/provisos.
· Assigns authorizations in ERP-LN and SMS in accordance with company policy and federal export control regulations to facilitate the timely release of shipments in support of business initiatives.
· Support with the management of Technical Assistance Agreements (TAA), Warehouse Distribution Agreements (WDA) and Technology Control Plans (TCP).
· Validate Export Classification and Jurisdiction of purchased and manufactured items (i.e. ECCN, USML, ECL, BCL, CGP) with support from Engineering, Procurement and IMS Segment classification teams
· Conduct Restricted Party Screening (RPS) for all L3HARRIS Wescam business partners.
· Support L3HARRIS E3 - Continuous Improvement initiatives, such as developing and updating business process, training materials, reports, and ERP improvement projects.
· Support implementation / compliance with L3Harris policies / procedures, U.S. and Canadian Import/Export control laws and regulations.
· Assist with trade compliance investigations, risk mitigation, audits and self-assessments.

As an INVISTA International Trade Compliance Analyst , you will be responsible for supporting the trade compliance activities of our downstream textile fiber business in North America and Europe. You will ensure that our products and services comply with all applicable import and export regulations, as well as trade agreements and programs. What You Will Do
- Develop, implement, and maintain trade compliance procedures, and controls in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Manage and monitor the performance of customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other trade service providers
- Provide guidance and training to business units on trade compliance matters, such as classification, valuation, origin, documentation, licensing, and reporting
- Conduct periodic audits and assessments of trade compliance activities and records, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Identify and execute cost savings and duty avoidance opportunities, such as free trade agreements, duty drawback, bonded warehouses, and foreign trade zones

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

- Proficient in trade management tools and software, such as SAP and SAP's Global Trade Management System (GTS), or similar

**Required Qualifications**
